For those of you who have used both, what are your views on choosing one over the other (considering using both isn’t an option)
What I could understand so far:
True Sell:
- Mainly focused towards selling and persuasion
- Reading other people’s psychology, mainly to persuade
- Persuade and Sell is all that it is about
- Wit and sociability
Stark
- Can persuade a nun to run with you, shows that the persuasion scripting is very strong
- Innovation
- Communication
- Charm and Charisma
- Business
- Overall wit and sociability
Now the Goal here is to have persuasion and communication as a key part of the personality but I am not in Sales, nor do I plan to be. However, I do want to continue to improve my verbal and written communication with the aim to articulate my ideas better, and I believe if you can ideate well and articulate it well then more than half of the persuasion is already done. Which drives me more towards Stark. In the past I landed myself a job with Stark + Wanted, and what I noticed was that I was very social in the interview (cracking jokes, making the ladies (both interviewers were ladies but at very sr. Ranks) laugh, reiterating what they said in connection to what is being said and proving their own point to them, which their Ego really liked, so much that they cancelled the final round and gave me the job).
I think the only thing that gets me to stop stark everytime is a feeling of confusion and uneasyness that creeps in after a while (maybe that’s what they refer to when they say it will make you face challenges). Unless I can conceptualize the challenge properly I don’t know how to deal with it, so I usually just stop it.
