Question: True Sell vs Stark

For those of you who have used both, what are your views on choosing one over the other (considering using both isn’t an option)

What I could understand so far:
True Sell:

  • Mainly focused towards selling and persuasion
  • Reading other people’s psychology, mainly to persuade
  • Persuade and Sell is all that it is about
  • Wit and sociability

Stark

  • Can persuade a nun to run with you, shows that the persuasion scripting is very strong
  • Innovation
  • Communication
  • Charm and Charisma
  • Business
  • Overall wit and sociability

Now the Goal here is to have persuasion and communication as a key part of the personality but I am not in Sales, nor do I plan to be. However, I do want to continue to improve my verbal and written communication with the aim to articulate my ideas better, and I believe if you can ideate well and articulate it well then more than half of the persuasion is already done. Which drives me more towards Stark. In the past I landed myself a job with Stark + Wanted, and what I noticed was that I was very social in the interview (cracking jokes, making the ladies (both interviewers were ladies but at very sr. Ranks) laugh, reiterating what they said in connection to what is being said and proving their own point to them, which their Ego really liked, so much that they cancelled the final round and gave me the job).

I think the only thing that gets me to stop stark everytime is a feeling of confusion and uneasyness that creeps in after a while (maybe that’s what they refer to when they say it will make you face challenges). Unless I can conceptualize the challenge properly I don’t know how to deal with it, so I usually just stop it.

Would love to hear your views on the topic :slightly_smiling_face:

I am using both and I am not into sale. I personally prefer now True Sell as now I am starting teaching/training adults and soon teens. I feel much more fluent in English (not my mother tongue), more relaxed with public speaking. I used Stark for 2 years before, it was an excellent base before True Sell. I think Stark is heavier than True Sell, and it had quite a lot of sexual aspects I don’t need (especially when teaching/training !).

Hmm, that’s interesting. You stated that you are currently using both. How long have you been using both, and how long do you intend to keep using Stark?

I stopped using Stark when I started True Sell. I used Stark for more than 2 years but now I use True Sell and LBH in a custom

Well, they both compliment each other beautifully. I’ve used Stark for a long time, I haven’t used True Sell for a long period of time, actually just a few loops, but I felt more like the synergy between the two was incredible.

However I feel like you’ve answered your own question here:

With this in mind, I’d pick Stark. True Sell and Stark seem to over lap in areas but Stark is more about being, from my experience which may differ, well liked, magnetic, charismatic, persuasive, etc. True Stark’s main focus is selling & being persuasive.

What is the confusion and uneasiness? Anything specific you can share about how you’re feeling, what’s making you feel this way? What are the challenges that Stark is bringing up for you?

For example, when I started using Stark in my custom I blamed it for not making me productive at the job I had which was live streaming on an app. However I then came to realise that it’s because that particular job for that app isn’t what I wanted to do. I wanted to live stream else where, Twitch for example which I haven’t done yet, but also follow my passion which is dance. Since then I’ve finally got and found my love for dance again.

For the whole of August I was confused as to why Stark was making me feel unproductive - it wasn’t. It was guiding me to what I really love instead (this is partly down to LBfH too) so that I could be productive at what I want do.

Hopefully this makes sense.

For your question, I’d say pick Stark. If you do get to use both, you won’t regret it. What else are you using?

But, if you can expand upon what’s making you feel the way you were, we may be able to help.

I suspect they are both similar with the difference being that Stark has more of knack for creativity when it comes to technology.

Just seeing this, very fascinating.

How is this combination for selling?
How does LBH interact/mix with True Sell?

It is very good for selling myself when there are opportunities. Excellent for fighting fear of public speaking for example.
