Question regarding loops

Dear all,

Can I listen to 3 titles every other day? For example Monday: one loop for three titles (total 3 zp loops),
Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: one loop for three titles (total 3 zp loops). The user manual has a different schedule but can I use this schedule.

This is not recommended. The recommendation for 3 titles is:

If you run three titels, all zero point:

Like the other patterns, this one is very simple. You listen to two titles in one day, take a rest day, and then listen to the third title the next day:

Day 1: 1x first ZP title, 1x second ZP title.
Day 2: rest
Day 3: 1x third ZP title
Day 4: rest day
Day 5: 1x first ZP title, 1x second ZP title
Day 6: rest day
Day 7: 1x third ZP title
Day 8: Rest day

Thanks for the quick response. I agree with the recommended schedule but can an experienced user listen to 3 titles in one day?

You can of course also listen to three, but then everything goes slower and the probability that you get problems with recon increases. For me, that would be too much different input and I’ve been at it for a long time.

It mainly depends on what titles you would run and on your current level of development. If there were not too demanding titles and you were quite developed in those areas those programs address it should be quite manageable.
