Question on the most effective way of listening

What is the most effective way of gaining the most benefits from the Q and Ultima subs? So far I only have EmperorQ and plan on getting a sexual possibly Libertine Ultima.

So far I’ve been listening to the Ultrasonic track through a speaker for one or two loops while watching a movie, reading and one time I accidently fell asleep. Am I Supposed to listen with headphones or am I ok with doing what I’m doing. I have not noticed anything different in my day to day life so far

Don’t you ever use headphones for listening to Ultrasonic, you could damage your hearing.

If you’re uncertain if the Ultrasonic track is best for you, you could use headphones and give the Masked track a shot. Masked tracks are easily calibrated if it comes to the volume, so there shouldn’t be any risk of damaging your hearing. Just don’t listen to it at too high a volume.
