Question for those who have run Limitless or Quantum Limitless

Did you keep any track of cognitive improvements? If so may I ask how?

Focus on taking direct actions and you’ll get cognitive improvements.

Cognition is a very difficult metric to track, nearly impossible actually so don’t worry about it.

Not disputing that. I’m curious what type of action people are taking. Such as skill development, brain training, or something else

whatever that requires you to use your brain

For me, it is learning new skills that I think are difficult.

Or reading a few good books and re reading them till i have completely digested the concepts

people think quickly reading through a book once is enough, but I have noticed that re reading my old books has brought many new insights that I previously brushed off.

Even though there are uncountable number of good books, I believe re-reading a few great books that deeply resonate with yourself is more useful, because only if you have applied the principles and learned from them will you be able to notice new insights.

If not, it will be boring to re read it and you can bet that you haven’t learned much.

Recently I have decided to develop my writing skills to a professional level. It may take a long time but I believe it is a worthy pursuit.

I have started with writing short essays of whatever videos i watch like a quick recap in my own words

I’ve just started to run Limitless yesterday to get fast results in my new job (since it’s provision based).
I know my normal learning speed, so I think I’ll notice the difference.
I already noticed, that I understood NSE a lot better today when I re-read Fires answers in the MDFY thread. It clicked somehow and some misconceptions just vanished while reading his answers again.
So that might be a first result of limitless I noticed.

Edit:
It’s a sales job, and I’ve never worked in sales.
I have complex diagrams to keep track of where in the sales process I am. That sounds difficult atm. It’s like a tree diagram with 12 pages, and to get real good, at every moment, I need to know exactly where I am in every conversation that I’m leading which will be at least 2 figures.
So right now, it seems like a huge challenge, but I believe with Limitless I’m up for the task.

I didn’t keep track because the effects were so blatant and powerful.

I also ran Limitless in the past, which was fun.

I like cognitive enhancement because the ROI is off the charts.

I’m tracking mentally in my head. My primary metric ATM is how quickly I can let go of stuck emotions, mentally change lanes, and how quickly I can return to focus after being distracted.

That’s what I got atm.

Also tracking the speed at which I learn skills that I previously failed at learning.

Raven test might be good for you if you want something very “objective” if you see a significant change in Raven test performance without practicing or cheating, it’s a pretty good indicator.

You could also track your performance on ESPORTS games where you play against other humans: shooters, fighters, etc. That ought to be good data, as the skill gaps can be massive.
