Question for anyone including saint and fire

@SaintSovereign @Fire @RVconsultant

how do I safely switch or transition from running one custom, one name embed and one regular program to running a different program(just one)

I have LBFH custom, WB name embed and limitless executive and want to drop all three and run the wanted solo…I realized that I need to be focusing on one sub at a time to reap the rewards during the run and less mental fatigue etc… I know their is an experimental stack switching for advanced users but it says that to be careful when switching out customs…worse case I take 21 days off from all subs to get a proper washout

Any suggestions?

12 days off for stack rotation. There’s a support article about it. So just take 12 days off if you want to be safe and follow guidelines.

If you’re dropping 3 titles and switching to just 1, a basic 5 day washout, though not officially recommended, should be totally safe.

If you want to be SUPER SAFE. Take 30 days off, no exposure, subs tend to stick around and process for about 30 days from last exposure

Are you referring to this:

What Is a Subliminal Washout and When Should I Do One? - Subliminal Club Support Hub

Was this article before ZP? Because it says the min recommended amount of a washout is a week, whereas I haven’t seen anyone take longer than 5 days(at least what I see posted on here).

Sorry. That article is talking about washouts (prolonged breaks from subliminals).

5 days is the break that you are meant to take between cycles.

A washout is like a deload week.
The 5 day break is like the rest days that you plan into your training schedule.

All this info is in the quick start guide, not the support articles.

People often use washout and rest interchangeably around here, but they are different.

I was going to take a 2 week washout just to be extra safe and avoid recon or just keep WB and run the new wanted and keep running them for 6 cycles

I know new wanted has the anti recon tech

I tried to find posts but haven’t seen any posts from saint and/or fire talking about how to transition from a full stack to just running one sub thats different without any issues

I mean, you’re doing less not more.

Just take some time off until you feel ready. 2 weeks sounds like a great amount of time.

I would take 12 days.
“You need at least 12 days of non-exposure between the original title in your stack and the new one.”

A two week washout might be very helpful. Remember the processing queue? After a two week rest, how much more of the queue might be cleared out compared to five day rest?

so I’ve already gone two weeks without lbfh and limitless executive and 9 days without wanted black…im thinking of dropping WB and just focus on new wanted and then add primal seduction name embed or my ps+primal+Lb custom after I’ve gone 21 days without WB

What are you wanting to accomplish?

honestly I want to sleep with beautiful women consistently and get to the point where I’m comfortable around beautiful women that it doesnt matter anymore but also build my social skills. I’ve struggled my entire life with dating and when I do date it’s usually women who I’m either not interested in physically or women who have major issues.

Also I want to get rid of the neediness I have when it comes to dating, I want to have that strong self confidence in my abilities both when seducing women and in the bedroom that I never have to worry about a woman and what she thinks of me

So which major programs or cores have you considered thus far?

And one more thing, didn’t someone say to post questions in your journal rather than open a new thread for your questions?

All that sounds like Wanted + Love Bomb. Maybe Wanted + Heartsong.

Yes, and yet I’m wondering about WANTED, as it might be a more difficult title to run than perhaps S&S or PS.

Just to add, he’s posted several threads about his struggles running wanted black.

wanted, PS and true social

sorry, I think you mentioned it, my bad. Support was taking too long to answer and I rushed to get an answer, old habits die hard but I’ll be more cognizant next time, I know I keep saying that but I’ll keep a reminder to post on my journal instead no matter how pressing of a question it is
