I had a question, so I had an idea to photoshop myself into pictures of people who were wealthy or social, or any goal I wanted to achieve and created a slideshow that I viewed everyday as a reminder to keep consistent with my goals. Well while doing that I came up with the idea of flashing the images through a software a millisecond each. The pictures don’t have any words in it, does this count as subliminal if there are no words or script? its all pictures

If it’s long enough that your subconscious can catch it, it’s a visual subliminal.
SC offers audio subliminals.
Both are subliminals, meaning they deliver a message subliminal to your subconscious, bypassing your consciousness.
Would it interfere with SC since it’s a different form of delivery with no script? and if so, why?
Also, wouldn’t it work the same way as a thought, because usually we tend to think in pictures.
Just curious because I’ve seen movies where they flash an image on the screen for half a second, like if the character is thinking of a memory, they flash that memory to the audience on the screen, very fast where you see it but don’t register it completely. But, when you slow the video down you comprehend the image, so wouldn’t this affect our subconscious too and is this a cause for concern? especially for us SC users who don’t want to have accidental recon just from watching tv or a movie from flashing images that register in your subconscious.
not trying to fear monger, I could be blowing it all out of porpotion and my concern could all be baseless if it doesn’t even work, but it was just a thought I had. I’m not sure how our brains would even register the images, especially when seeing an image of yourself.
Your are using different stimuli to give input to the same container… can they interfere?

It would be better to avoid such high processing visual input along with high processing audio input from SC.
A simple vision board is okay but mixing both forms of subliminals could lead to no results.
Also, movies and songs aren’t the same level of subliminal strength so they don’t interfere with the running of SC subliminals.
In conclusion, I would advice to not complicate matters in order to get faster results. Run subliminal, take action and journal. It’s as simple as that.

so what came to mind was the Big Bang theory intro in the beginning with all the flashing images and I used to binge watch it a lot, hopefully it didn’t have an effect on me lol
good advice, I was just curious while on my washout but now that I’m back at running sub club, I’m not gonna try it just to be on the safe side. I usually try to be.

To clarify, a slideshow with images flashing for half a second, similar to the Big Bang Theory introduction, is fine to use. Since there are no words or subliminals, it should not interfere with your audios.
If it helps you stay motivated and inspired, feel free to use it. However, it’s unlikely to add significant subliminal load.
