Question about stack rotation

With the maximum of 3 ZP titles per stack limit, and with many attractive subliminal titles to choose, I realized that I may want to run several different stacks in rotation for different (but perhaps related) goals.

Here are the questions.

  1. If I want to have the stacks of three ZP titles on rotation, should I do it per cycle? For example, say I have titles A, B, C for stack 1. I run stack 1 for one cycle. I then do stack 2 for the next cycle, which includes titles D, E, F. Then I again come back to stack 1, and so on.

  2. Assuming the stack rotation works, should the stacks have one or more overlapping title(s)? For instance, let’s say the stack 1 focuses on wealth building, and stack 2 focuses on romance/sex. Should both of the stacks include overlapping title, say Stark to make the rotation work?

  3. Assuming that #2 doesn’t have to hold to make the stack rotation work, is it better to have no overlap, or is it better to have some overlap (meaning having the same title(s)) between the stacks?

Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

This works
You doing washout?
If yes then it’s no problem
I expirience that with the same stack the second cycle is where it really gets deep

Thank you for the reply.

I am not sure whether you are asking whether I am currently doing washout, or I plan on doing washouts between the cycles. If it’s the earlier, then yes, I have been on the washout (unplanned, and unintended). If it’s the latter, I’m not sure about that.

Should I do a washout between the cycles of different sub stacks? If so, how long should the washout be?

I believe I have felt stronger impact/influence of the subs I ran before the washout while I am on the washout period.

Yes do washout after 21 days for 5 days.

Do you plan to run sub A, B, C for 21 days and then change to sub D, E, F for 21 days and then switch back to ABC?

Okay, a typical break/washout for ZP cycle is sufficient then.

The current idea is to run stacks in a cyclical rotation. For example, let’s say that I have stack 1 and 2. I will do stack 1, stack 2, stack 1, stack 2, and so on.

Also, I haven’t fully determined my stacks (the stack list is still somewhat vague), so I may have more than 2 stacks with different aims/goals. There can be overlapping titles between stacks too. (Unfortunately, I haven’t gotten answers about the overlapping titles, so I will for more answers before thinking about making the stacks with overlapping titles).

You can have overlapped title or titles there is no problem with that.

Would it be better to have some overlap or no overlap between the stacks? Or, would there be no difference?

Yes you can do this. I think there is one active user doing something like this.

For the overlapping titles I think this is based on preference. You could have something like:

  • A, B, C for cycle 1
  • A, D, E for cycle 2
  • A, B, C cycle 3
    …

With sub A being something like Emperor which has wealth building & romance. Sub A would be a consistent baseline sub. If there is overlap there is no sub F (sub #6).

I do this with Quantum Limitless and Alchemist - running them in separate stacks and alternate them between cycles. I 've done this for both for Stage 1 and it works amazingly, I must say. That way I can get “started” on each stage quicker than if I were to run two cycles of each back to back. It’s nice when the first one blooms while on the second stack

I guess the main thing to look out for is overexposure, and trying not to make each stack too heavy. I don’t think second or third title “overlapping” between cycles matters much. Just do proper washouts and maintain the subliminal hygiene and you should be alright

@hyperbeam

Thank you for the information. This is going to be helpful in building my stack list.

That’s a nice spreadsheet. Have you had any challenges with running several multi-stage subs at the same cycle? (I see you are running QL and EoG during the same cycle.)

Do you listen to multi stage subs on different days (e.g. day1 QL St2 and Mind’s eyes, day2 EoG St1)?

Also, do you have any other tips on alternating stacks?

Haha thank you. You should see the whole thing. Got half of 2023 already planned out

Thanks

  1. Not at the moment, no. But to elaborate: The only simultaneous multistages I’ve run is QLST2 and EoG ST1, with the reasoning that EoG ST1 is fairly “light” as it’s focused on rewriting limiting beliefs (as far as I can tell…). I did this with this specific purpose in mind, and will replace EoG with Medici for Stage 3. I think it’s a good idea in general to keep the multistages in separate stacks, as they tend to be dense already. Aaand that’s what everyone keeps saying anyway :smirk:

  2. I run the primary sub #1 every listening day, and alternate between #2 and #3 between listening days. Given the above in mind, I have listened to QL and EoG the same day, but would in general echo the advice of others and… experiment with careful consideration
Other titles might simply be too dense to combine.

  3. Yes - to have patience. The way I do this will mean that completing either Ql or Alchemist will take longer time - even though the end result will be the same.
Other than that, just be mindful of recon and any desire to change the stack too much and too often.

Oh, and just give me a holler if any of you want a (clean) copy of my sphreedsheet
