Question about long washout months

@SaintSovereign @Fire

had a question about the nature of washout days, is there any benefit to a long washout that lasts 2 months or more?

I haven’t seen any one write about this but was wondering what happens after the bloom stage when you’re doing a washout and you go past a month and keep going. Basically a washout that’s longer than usual. Does your brain stop executing the script? Does your brain execute scripts from prior runs that were “stuck” or weren’t processed properly due lack of action, etc? Do all the information you learned integrate more seemly since your brain has time to process with no input

Just repeating what others described in here, not my own experience.
It’s the first time you act purely on the new you without any processing, so reality feels different. Often it’s a time when they realized how different they perceive life, emotional responses changed, etc.

I think @SaintSovereign did a 5 month washout at one point and @Malkuth im getting the numbers wrong but these are two advanced sub users who did long washouts and found a purpose in it

I took a 2 month washout and it allowed me to reap a lot of results too, highly beneficial

I did a one month washout in january for the first time in a year. I really recommend it. Most importantly to see again how life is without any reccon. Secondly to experience your baseline. Thirldy to see how much permanent change has sticked from the subs.

It was it eresting to see that it nearly takes two weeks for me till there is no more processing of subs.

I can really recommend a 1 month washout yearly.

Not so long for me.

I did a 5-week washout from late November 2023 to early January 2024. Then I did a 4-week washout starting from 28 March 2024.

Then I’ve done some 10-days here, 8-days there breaks as the spirit moved me.

I think it’s usually about just trying to get a feel for where my mind and life are.

Keep in mind though that another perspective on your question is that even if a person has not taken a long washout that stopped all subliminals whatsoever, many people here have played a program for 3 to 6 months and then moved on from it and stopped playing that program.

So even if they haven’t done a complete break, most people here can still make useful observations about how long the skills, insights, abilities, etc., associated with a given program might last after one has stopped listening to it. (I realize that is only one of several questions that you’re contemplating.)

Another semi-related thing: I’ve noticed with Dragon Reborn that it seems to ‘liberate’ results from previously played programs. So there’s that as well.

interesting, it makes sense. Isn’t it when integration happens? I can see why washouts would be paramount to growth and adopting the new skills learned.

Anything more than a month and I feel like I’m missing out. Like I was planning on taking a long washout but jump started my old sub usage again 2 days ago lol. The longest I’ve done was a month. Though I saw great results, I wish I had done it longer.

Maybe it’s just me but recon tends to hit the hardest during my washouts. I actually have what I call opposite recon. So when I’m on a washout, I just want to run subs, when I’m running subs, I want to do washouts. The deeper the healing sub, the more I want to washout and vice versa. It’s like my brain won’t let me do a washout because it knows that’s where the deep change starts. Also, washouts tend to give me the worst recon but I don’t know if its because I keep switching stacks.
