Question about Emperor:Wealth, Empire Building and Increased Sex

I recently purchased this sub, it’s my first ever sub listening experience. Today, I ran the 15 minute masked audio via airpods. I didn’t understand the concept of running small micro loops as I easily ran the full 15 minute loop without any issues.
My understanding is do the full 15 minute loop every alternate day for 21 days and stop for 5 days and start this entire 21 day sequence again. Am I understanding this correctly, I just run the 15 minute audio in this sequence for however long till I achieve the desired results?

Apart from immediate financial wealth (which I am hoping this Emperor title I purchased would work in this regard), I am also looking for great seduction/sexual encounters. Would the title Primal Nights: Experience Nights of Primal Intimacy, Generate an Aura of Infinite Lust work for me? Also in the copy of this title, it says “Do NOT run this at work” Does this mean I should not be listening to this sub when I am at my work place ( I sit around women at work)?

From what I know, the new listening instructions are there to prepare us for the new tech that is yet more powerful.

Emperor hasn’t been updated to the new tech yet so it might be fine, but it could still be worth to use the new listening instructions to have a smoother ride and better prepare for the future.

My experience with titles is although the listening itself could be butter smooth, there can still be recon and bad emotional states afterwards if I overexpose.

Micro loops means starting small if running the full 15 minutes does not cause you to act out of character like more anger or more sadness or just completely not you, then maybe reduce the duration.

Kindly have a journal where you write about your mood and experiences so
It’s easier to track any changes that are subtle

Yes, wait to run it at night (or in the morning, if you work at night). It can immediately generate a very potent aura that isn’t suitable for workplaces. If you run it at night, that aura calms down and while you’ll still giving off a heightened sexual aura, you won’t have to worry about people misunderstanding your intentions.
