Question about eating while running subs

I read somewhere on here that fasting would cause recon…ok cool. I don’t fast but I don’t think I’ve been eating as much as I should.

So naturally it made me wonder, should I eat a surplus of calories(3,000 calories) and would running more subs require more calories/energy?

There was a time when I would get no more than 1,200 calories a day for a couple of months, experiencing little to no recon. I used to play lots of loops during that time. Then I lowered the exposure to near the recommended level, and still experienced little to no recon.

I’d be careful eating in a surplus to fuel subliminals. If you are someone who gains weight easily, don’t do it. If you are eating in a surplus, make sure you are lifting weights and moving more. Some people don’t gain weight so easily, maybe you don’t either.

The brain does burn a lot of calories, but it is similar to a stressful exam period where some students start eating more food and gain weight. I would first focus on doing things to reduce stress. Make sure you take rest days and washouts. Get enough sleep. Meditate. Improve the quality of your diet. Take supplements like omega-3’s and D3.

If I eat more than 1200 per day, I gain weight since I mostly sit around. I could not do 3000 calories personally. I had months where I ate 500-800 per day and I was doing fine subs wise. Drinking a lot of water within an hour can make recon go away. You would probably eat slight more or at least healthy amount of food when running cognitive enhancement, shifting, healing and exercise subs to not slow down your pace by depriving your body. It’s not about eating more or a lot. It’s about giving your body what it needs. Which doesn’t have to be much and will differ in quantity from person to person because bodies are very different.

I found out that I need that extra calorie to better fuel what I do.
It just makes everything much easier on my body & mind.

You’re trying to achieve more with subs.
There’s nothing wrong with getting a comfortable amount of food to fuel it, instead of going into a deficit. Just weigh in your priorities. I ended up taking more too, my priorities lie elsewhere after all. Getting into the amount that makes me more comfortable allows me to do them much more efficiently.

If you were physical shifting, for sure.

But overall you should only eat a surplus of calories if you are working out and trying to put on muscle. Otherwise the extra calories will have to be stored as fat.

I’m running two customs that are very tasking, one of which is lbfh which I’ve heard is very tasking on the brain

how much calories would you say you take and what subs are you running, just curious

I’m running emperor and lbfh, both tasking on my brain and body. I’ve thought about taking creatine for brain fuel as I’ve heard its good for mental energy or just adding LE to my stack

I’m allergic to gaining weight lol. I find it very difficult to gain weight unless I’m taking a mass gainer, maybe cause I’m a highly stressed out individual at times with a high metabolism

Wouldn’t adding limitless executive just work as extra fuel burner for your body/brain? So it would go against the issue that you feel like tackling?

Every time I’ve ran LE for one loop, with my stacks, it seems to be like an energy booster of sorts, idk how to explain it.

Tbh tho, I’m not sure, I’ve also never ran a major program and two customs together so idk.

When I lose my appetite or find myself eating less I make sure to take my MCT oil. It helps

If you are allergic to gaining weight then go ahead and eat a bit more. Maybe you are already under eating. But I would still keep a track on the scale so you don’t overdo it.

If you are getting taxed on emperor/lbfh, I recommend trying out microloops for a while. Slowly build up your tolerance until you don’t feel taxed anymore listening to full loops.
