Question about eating, recon and washout

I remember reading somewhere in the forum that we are suppose to be eating a lot and drinking plenty of fluids when running sub club, does this apply when you’re in a washout too or when you run micro loops?

I ask because I started Primal seduction and limitless executive. I’ve ran these subs in the past and this is my 3rd time running it. The first time I ran Primal seduction with limitless executive and got pretty good results. The second time I got somewhat good results, now I’m running it, I’m getting better results once again. Anyways, today I had a strong anxiety response over a date I had tomorrow. I kept worrying that things might turn out bad and all but once I ate a good full lunch, the anxiety basically went away, just like that. WTF lol. Now as we speak, writing this, I actually feel pretty confident about the date unlike in the morning where I thought about cancelling. I eat like 2000 or less calories, not sure if I have to increase this intake to 3000 just to ward off the recon. Any suggestions?

Fasting and the ketogenic diet appear to make recon worse and it’s possibly because ketones are not as efficiently used by the brain as glucose is. Unless you’ve done keto for a long time.

This is what I know from testing. Otherwise, I really wouldn’t worry about it.

Journaling, exercising, cold showers and breathwork are recon killers. I recommend them in that order also.

Try to think of recon like expelling stuck energy.

Food, really sugar just seems to be what helps recon and it’s probably for the reason I stated above.

Major thanks, I journaled, exercised and did alternate cold and hot shower and was ready to rock and roll for my date and it went very very well. I basically journaled how I was feeling at the current moment which was nervous and anxious and told myself to man up because I cant keep missing opportunities, then I did a few push ups and took a cold-hot-cold shower. might try this again
