Query: RoM and Stark - Thoughts? Comments? Experiences?

Here are my goals

  • Improved cognition and memory for studying (Psych Hons and Counselling)
  • Better understanding of the self, and of psyche of others
  • better verbal communication
  • better writing (creative and academic) and persuasion
  • improving the ability to explore deep and profound philosophies, and concepts of realities
  • Spirituality

Third ZP will be EF St3 (is it even needed or would Stark be good enough? 17 years lifting experience under my belt)

Sounds good to me.

Personally, I’m partial to Quantum Limitless. It would work well with your goals.

But RoM and Stark can get the job done too.

Would you recommend QM in place or Stark or RoM?

Stark. QL could replace Stark.

But if you know that you already love Stark. It will definitely get the job done. It has strong Limitless functionality and it’s probably lighter.

For its part, Quantum Limitless should have great synergy with RoM when it comes to:

Improved cognition and memory for studying
Better understanding of the self, and of psyche of others
Better writing (creative and academic)
Improving the ability to explore deep and profound philosophies, and concepts of realities

By the way, Psych and Counselling are high on my list of priorities as well.

I run a custom (titled Sapiens) that is focused on those areas (among other things).

I have a soft spot for Stark too. It was the first program with which I felt a really unmistakably strong response. Its functionality integrates more extravertive expression of intellect. Quantum Limitless would, I think, be well-suited for developing that Deep Dive intellectual capacity. To delve into and master subjects.

The fact that you listed that goal first suggests that it’s more important. (Hence my Quantum Limitless recommendation.)

When I look at your goals, I honestly think RoM and RM would be a great stack. The problem with Stark is that it’s a strict archetype. Does the innovating, charming, and business-oriented playboy archetype really fit into the goals that you have right now?

If you seek insights and spirituality, I think Stark will hinder that progress. Maybe if you were looking at what kind of business you want to start it could work, but that’s not the case here.

I also like the idea of @Malkuth using QL. That way there is no archetype in the way of your path to explore yourself.

Thank you and @Malkuth . I love both the subs you have recommended. I think I will add QL first and see how I feel, and then add RM and shift EF to 30 sec loop once in a while, or take a temp break from EF. I do like the effects from EF but at the moment hitting PRs in the gym isn’t the top priority lol

@Solomon , @Malkuth what are your thoughts on True Sell as far as communication, reading people, and articulation is concerned. Have you guys ever tried it?

I have never tried it; but, yes, I was also thinking that it sounds perfect for the first four of your above-listed goals.

QL, True Sell, and RoM would be a pretty awesome stack.

Yeah I feel the same. Maybe I’ll start with the stack you mentioned first and see how it goes.

Always follow your gut.

And when your gut’s silent…just try interesting stuff.

If I may chime in, i’m using True Sell. Perfect for communication and articulation. Didn’t even know I could be this witty and communicative lol.

Okay I’ve decided and tried

RoM
TS
QL

With EF st3 30 secs loop pre workout

Best stack for my needs tbh. Absolutely loving how my mind throws associative content based on the subject of converstaion + objects around me + and what I am trying to think about.

Then I feel TS doing its job by helping me articulte what comes in my mind’s eye eloquently while maintaining the social mood and presence.

Thank you all for your suggestions!

Are u still running this stack for this kind of results?

Not running it anymore but I really enjoyed it and your reply reminded me of it. Atm I am on KB St2 + RM + AM… now I think in the next cycle I might replace RM witb RoM. Thanks for the reminder
