I know but Either I can listen to sage Immortal or Khan black I have to choose one
Probably not, however it could be consciously guided to help you with sexual transmutation.
Khan Black was developed specifically for that purpose, so if it matters to you that much, then you should run Khan black.
Running the subliminal that most directly aligns with what you want, is always the right call.

Also, if you have just one free spot in your stack, your could just run KB1 for a few cycles and without running the other 3 stages switch to SI.
Keep in mind, KB1 can make things worse in the beginning since it’s bringing it all to the surface before the healing begins.
