After a very long hiatus
Let’s go back to journaling.

I’ve been running this stack along emperor daddy for around three months or so. From QL I’ve only used QL1 and QL2.
I’ve noticed the following:

Positive:

  • Increase of creativity: I can write stories and compose songs easier.
  • Sometimes I wake up with a contagious song tonality, and sometimes I record it in my ipad to compose a song by using it.
  • I’ve been playing bass for around 4 months, and I’m improving slow but steady, even though I’m taking free community courses.
  • Public speaking (storytelling) has become easier, more enjoyable for me, although I need to improve the use of voice tone and emotions, I’m serious but fluent in front of people (hello true social).
  • Improved breathing functions
  • Lie detection
  • More discipline to practice.
  • Once in a while I’ve experienced lucid dreaming, but I don’t know how to keep it
Attraction from younger women has increased, I just don’t have the drive or the feeling to engage.
    More body relaxation.

Not so good:

  • Procrastination
  • Laziness
  • Some kind of tension and anxiety when socializing
  • Much less desire to socialize
  • Want to be left alone
  • Seriousness in public speaking

Etc

There is a lot of room for improvement, but it’s a good start.

Note: most results have not appeared just by running the subs, but I have been taken some action.

I want to use true social to improve my artistic endeavors, according to AI, this stack is good for my purposes.

Let’s go again/study/learn/practice/enjoy/improve.

Ok,

I have a confirmed chess tournament in 5 months, and a possible one in 4 months (I’ll evaluate my progress in 3 and a half months, to evaluate investment in transport, food, staying, etc).

For the tournament(s) I’ll spend the first month improving in having a solid opening repertoire, visualization and tactics.

I’m just playing rapid games and 3 days games, blitz and bullet are too fast for me and they’re not good for learning to think deeply.

It’s tempting to run emperor the art of war, however, for now I prefer to improve in other areas as well, not just chess, besides that it’s not a chess specific title. And besides besides I don’t have enough funds :rofl:

Today I:

Drew 1 hour.
Played chess 1 hour.
Played the bass. 1.5 hours

I’m using the pencil in a different position, so as not to stain my drawing. It’s difficult but there is improvement.

Playing bass: learning all the pentatonic scale, not just the first position. Improvising on the pentatonic scale.

Eb natural scale has 3 flats: Eb, Bb, Ab.

In chess I resigned on a game, because I won the previous game against the same opponent. But I made some good moves in other games.

Routine of the day:

Drawing: 1 hour, practicing negative space. A teacher told me the other day that I must do the exercises without fear of making mistakes, they’re part of learning process. It’s important to have flow and not a lot of perfection at the beginning.

Bass: 2 hours, pentatonic scale, improvisation and slap ( not so good though).
Ab natural scale has 4 flats: Ab, Bb, Db, En

Chess: 2 hours, some games and tactics. In chess I must pay more attention. Its necessary to keep focus all the time on the game, a little distraction and the consequences are fatal for my army.

I made my food today.

What I need to change as soon as possible is my sleeping habits, I must sleep earlier to have a good rest.

Ok,

Sunday and Monday

Bass: 3.5 hours. Music is also mathematics, what is the third of E, the fifth of Ab, etc.

Drawing: 3 hours: attention to details are key to draw with good proportion. Drawing is also mathematics: proportions, proportions.

Chess: 5 hours.

“Chess is hard if you don’t pay attention”
Or better said
Blunders are hard, and go direct to the heart
Especially when you are winning beautifully.

I have a doubt. Will I win the tournament if I invest hours and hours to this game? Or should I use my time to other endeavors instead of chess? Let’s see

Today:

One month drawing almost everyday, perhaps I missed 2 or 3 days in this time frame.

Bass: 2 hours, jamming, studying pentatonic scale in several tones and technique exercises.

Chess: tomorrow I’ll begin a more formal training. Blunders continue appearing, but I have increased my positional understanding. So, improving is improving

Wednesday:

Chess training: reading principles of strategy, I also analyzed a Capablanca’s annotated game. Play some chess games, less blunders today, and some great moves.

Bass: I found a better way to hold the bass, so I’m more comfortable playing it and doing some exercises. Although I know some songs, I think the study of scales is helping me a lot. I will se when I play with a band.
To do list for bass for the following two weeks:

  • Learn the five forms of the pentatonic scale well for every note.
  • Memorize the notes of each fret.
  • Memorize the natural scales and their alterations.
  • Increase my exercises’s speed at least 10 points.
  • Continue practicing slapping.

Drawing: repeating the same exercises as before, but these are the foundation of drawing.

:+1::scream:

Today

Bass: increase 5 points in my speed, a little difficult yet, I made some mistakes due to the modification. Today I also visualize the frets in my mind to learn the positioning and scales. I’m closer to my immediate goals.

Chess: I didn’t continue my training due to procrastination, but I try to apply the strategy theory from yesterday to my games, and it helped in some games.

Drawing: I almost break my streak. Bit I overcome laziness and drew a previous exercise a little better.

:+1:

Bass: visualization of positions, jamming on pentatonic scale, using different techniques out of normal ( creativity, innovation?)

Chess: loss a game at the end because a blunder, I was winning . Trying to choose the best third title, the candidates are Khan st 2, AoW, true social ( I think is the best for my artistic endeavors.

Drawing: 30 minutes practice.

:+1:

Bass: learning notes from first string, jamming only on that string. Creativity to learn the notes.

Drawing: 10 minutes.

Chess: I played several blitz and I’m not good at it, they can become addictive and not useful for classical tournaments.

Yesterday and today:

Bass: 4 hours: memorizing notes on the frets, jamming and technique exercises. The new speed is getting easier.

Drawing: yesterday 10 minutes, today 1.5 hours.

Chess: I played some blitz game and I’m not good at it.

:+1:

Bass guitar: improving memorization of frets and triads in strings 1 and 2, sometimes I confuse the notes with those from the third and fourth string. I practiced again the pentatonic scales, I think those are the foundation of the music.

Drawing: 1.5 hours.

Chess: I played some games, I need to return to my training. If not I won’t have enough time to prepare.

I wonder how Khan black would work with Renaissance Man to unleash creativity in general?

The energy center for sexuality is very related to creativity.

Today

Bass: 2 hours, I increased the speed of the metronome 5 points, a little difficult with some mistakes, bur manageable. I’m beginning my slap training. Memorizing fretboard notes.

Chess: I read some theory and played some blitz.

No drawing for today :sob:

Ok today I just played chess, no drawing or bass playing. I’m beginning to work on an important project closely related to my stack.

Let’s see what will happen in some months. No reports on that at least for now. QL st 2 and RM are helping in the beginnings of releasing my full potential.

I wonder if revelation of mind and revelation of body scrips are in QL st2. Well just the script writers know.

I played chess a little. I practiced calisthenics and mobility, the las time I did that was like 10 months ago so I got a wound in one hand due to the pull ups and metal rings. I also practiced yoga under the sun :sunglasses::sun_with_face:, this is the first time I do that, I had practiced hot yoga in an artificial room but a lot of years ago.

I also took a singing class today, my weakness is that I don’t sing with intention or the right emotion but with a lot of tension :sob:: hello RM, help me!

I’m not playing bass or drawing until next Monday.

I’m feeling tired, but the physical exercise is good for the brain :brain:. Mind and body union, QL st 3 is going to include spirit :scream:

Resting day almost all day from any activity related to skills. Just meditating on letting the body take control in some situations instead of the mind

The mind is useful in analysis, planning, thinking. But it’s not optimal in letting go for dancing, singing, creativity, social flow, etc.

Resting day I could say, I wasn’t at home. I played the guitar a little. I’m trying to develop new ways to train Chess

Resting day too. I played the guitar a little. And some chess, I try to be more present in games, but after a while I forget that.

I did some body exercises for the heart, and I remembered an energy block I have in my chest, I hope I will clear it.

The body speaks through sensation, tension, rhythm, and breath. When you truly listen, you’ll hear it say:

“Here is your fear.”
“Here is your blocked energy.”
“Here is your hidden power.”
