duno, but im leaning into just being enough with the 2 month benchmark, since ST4 has ST1 too so no worries
I would say if youâre the patient type, consider running it for one more month. Follow what your gut instincts tell you. In my experience with QL ST1, it did help heal nerves in a certain area of my body but it was subtle. I havenât ran it long enough to see it heal that area fully but if I did, I believe it would have. As youâve said ST4 does include the previous stages.
If you want to improve your memory, I donât think Stage 1 targets that area as much as the other Stages. It depends on your priorities.
