I realized that I did stage 1 and stage 2 this pass year so I decided to go to stage 3 instead which was a good idea. I do one loop of qlq stage 3 and spartan once a day and weekends off.
Week 1: As far as focus goes, it’s working really well and I feel quite motivated sometimes even more motivated then I expected. For example my team and I are building a AI system for the company and usually I’d start work at 8am and finish at 6pm but this week I started to continue working till 11pm which is good except for me needing to go to sleep at 10pm to get 9 hours of sleep:joy:
As far as memory goes I can conclude that yes my memory has improved drastically, for example learning a new subject or reading a book and then going about my day I realized that I remember most of the content I learn however I don’t know if this is attributed to my 140 IQ or the subliminal.
For spartan I can feel like a boost in testosterone but that again might just be a placebo however there’s a good shift in mindset while I worked out, from going to I will do it till I hit the rep range to I will do it till I physically can’t/ till failure. So far spartan provides a good physical improvement and more specifically mindset/mental improvement.
