i was not aware there was a connection between autism and inability to focus.

are you sure its not undiagnosed adhd?

unfortunately, i have no recommendation for you as i to face a daily battle with issues focusing and getting work done.

Not sure. Keep in mind that subliminals aren’t a substitute for seeing a qualified mental health professional. They would need to be consulted before using subliminals in this case.

I’m a huge over thinker and since QL is about cognitive abilities it ramps that up for me exponentially

Imo this really seems like a bad combination. Ppl on the spectrum are naturally extremely internally focussed and tend to get lost in their own head. These kind of problems like being to much in their own head have already been reported by some ppl using QL, with someone on the spectrum i reckon itd be even worse.

Im somewhat projecting though and for some this might not matter that much.
