I recently was given the opportunity to work on a project that will give me the opportunity to branch off into other things such as web design. I am unable to afford a custom for the foreseeable future but I really want to get up to speed on some technical terms and whatever. Can I combine Limitless with Quantum Limitless for both short and long term learning and retention and run BLU as a booster?

Either QL or L with BLU will be sufficient.

Sorry only saw this now. I’d recommend using QLQ ST3 for your use case. BLU is great however if your like me you’d realize that you just cannot focus on it. Don’t get me wrong amazing for a memory boost but gives me the biggest procrastination ever. All in all see what’s the best ROI for you and go with that route
