I know its very possible. But it also depends on the personality.
You can eat meat from all kinds of animals. A pork roast is totally different from a pork belly. You can make a plain and still delicious pork belly with just salt and pepper. Or you could use Gordon Ramseys recipe with fennel, garlic, star anise, cardamon, etc. Tastes completely different.
You can eat lamb, fish, seafood, surf&turf. There are literally myriads of combinations.
But there are also people like Shawn Baker. Eating Steak every day. Three times a day. Without getting bored.
It depends on what you expect from your food. Are you a connoisseur seeking the ultimate culinary delight? With enough spices, routine and cash it’s hard but doable.
If you can just afford ground beef, its much harder.
If you’re eating just to get the nutrients you need, its easy. I know a bodybuilder that drinks 10 eggs a day. “It doesn’t need to taste good, as long as it does what it is supposed to do”.
When you’re tend to binge eat for compensation, than it could be nearly impossible. You need the carbs for dopamine. That’s why I never made my way back into carnivore territory.
But while I was eating carnivore, it was easy and I enjoyed it very much.
Super High energy, lost weight super easily, sometimes I only ate every second day because I wasn’t hungry because my body used it’s fat deposits for energy.
But emotionally I wasn’t that stable at the time. Once I fell back on carbs over Christmas, There was just no way I could go back to carni. Especially since where I lived, there was almost no light for two months and I needed the carbs for dopamine.
