I’m thinking that QTKS effects ALL subs in the stack to make them more effective.
As y’all know, I ran EOG ST1 continuously for close to a year, and after that much exposure it’s an extremely sub for me to run. “Maintenance” at best.
Until QTKS
Sat July 22nd: 3 mins of RoM ZPand 3 mins of EOG1 ZP
It was like I had never listened to EOG1 in my life and volunteered to smash myself in the face with a sledgehammer. That’s how strong EOG1 hit.
But @AnswerGroup has been fishing to find out about the quality of the recon and it felt completely different than normal recon - specifically, much more conscious.
“Recon” normally describes some sort of overload and overwhelm, for many people, myself included, it’s an intense negative sensation on the body and an inescapable sense of malaise that lays anywhere from 30mins to 24 hours. At times it feels that my consciousness regresses and my thoughts become more anxious and primtive on (XP) recon.
Compared to that, it’s hard to call QTKS recon “recon” at all, although, it was fairly intense.
As EOG1 is a money healing sub, the recon that manifested was a very direct, in your face confrontation, where I systematically thought about some of the biggest money situations holding me back, especially the ones I have the most charged emotion around.
It was almost like a fit of anxiety in the way that I didn’t exactly have control over starting/stopping these thoughts. I needed to let them run their course. But I was 100% in control of my reaction to the thoughts, and I was conscious of each thought, each negative scenario I was ruminating over, and the various responses/actions that I could take to remedy each one. Then those “remedies” which I have thought about/avoided for a while brought up the usual negative emotion, and I thought of those emotions and stayed present with them and the negativity they arose in my body as well.
It certainly wasn’t pleasant, but after sleeping on it. I woke up today with a complete shift in my perspective, and I feel ready and able to tackle those things which I previously wanted to keep in the shadow.
So the overall quality of the recon was different.
Although this is a lot of words to describe the event, which might make you think that it was extremely intense and long and worthy of so many words, it was actually only about 20-30mins of anxiety closer to bed, and it didn’t impact my sleep either.
But in one brief idea, the key difference was that I had so much conscious participation in that recon and wasn’t a victim to it. I was just having a long hard think about something I was overdue for a think on. It was unpleasant but necessary and the subs just made me have that think right then and there, whether or not I liked it. Call it the pain of training, not the pain of being overtrained.
My theory on why QTKS effects everything: The Primers.
Subs have primers, statements like “you are awesome at assimilating subliminal instructions” and “you are always ready to change your mind to be the best version of yourself and let go of beliefs that don’t serve you in place of one’s that serve you better.”
I don’t know but let’s just pretend they’re something like that ^
Hearing them IN YOUR OWN VOICE with QTKS must be effecting the entire stack, not just the QTKS customs themselves.
So… I’m definitely updating my listening pattern. I’ll listen to QTKS and ZP on the same day, and always QTKS first.
