QLQ ST1 + BLU but only using it for stage 1

Hey, so my question is at the moment I’m using QLQ ST1 3 times a week. Since it’s more geared towards a healing stage, I was thinking of adding something for productivity/memory like BLU to it and then once I start ST2 only use QLQ.

So here’s my idea of the schedule I was thinking to do if I do add them together:

Tuesday: One loop each
Saturday: One loop each

Once I hit ST2:

Tuesday: One loop of QLQ ST2 only
Thursday: One loop of QLQ ST2 only
Saturday: One loop of QLQ ST2 only

What do you guys think of that? And @RVconsultant what do you think of that?

I would encourage you to try this, notice what happens, and re-evaluate after 2 weeks.
