Q Versions and Terminus Versions

There is a lot of confusion on what is Q version and what is Terminus version.

Here is what I have understood:

Q version : Just run one loop once a day. Means we can stack MP3’s from multiple programs.

Sex and Seduction Q - 1x
Mind’s Eye Q - 1x
Emperor Q - 1x

And we are done for the day.

Terminus Version - Advance version, should only be run if we have been through normal or Q version.
Run is once, once a week and we are done!

Sex and Seduction Q - 1x
Mind’s Eye Q - 1x
Emperor Q - 1x

We are done for next 7 days. Means if I listen to this on 1st, next I will listen to them is on 8th!

Am I right ?

No, you start with 1 loop a day and gauge your response / results. If you start seeing results, then go up one more loop. If you keep getting results without reconciliation, go up another loop. Keep adding until you start to feel overwhelmed, or you get bad reconciliation. At that point, go down a loop. This is your sweet spot.

With Terminus, yes – 1 or 2 loops a day is enough. Make sure you take a rest day. Remember, no single set of instructions will work for everyone. You have to experiment.
