I have got the usual “Your Quintessence by Subliminal Club order is now complete” mail but no follow up with the “Custom Mp3 Link” mail. (Also checked Spam Mail folder)
Is this happened because today is Sunday (maybe it will arrive tomorrow?) or should i just send a ticket already?
Check earlier emails, like the day prior. It arrives before that one.

Just double checking if you have checked your spam folder? I have had instances where some mails from SubClub for some reason ends up in there and it has sometimes been the one with the link.
Already checked, no mail there either. (I even checked the “removed” folder just in case if i accidentally deleted the mail)
Hopefull will get resolved soon.
