Have you tried taking L-Theanine?
I’ve been doing the whole binaural beat thing for a while and i feel there is a difference between having something put you into alpha (which will work), and being able to consciously create more and more higher levels of alpha on your own.
but yes binaural beats do work. I wrote a paper for it in college haha

there’s this book called " Lectures On The Ten Oxherding Pictures" it has the distilled wisdom of over 1,000 years of zen practice. And it concluded that there were 6 hindrances the the ego uses. They are:
- Doubt
- Drowsiness
- distractibility / worry
- aversion / any form of ill will
- bordum
- forgetfulness (a new one just recently discovered)
this book is just 128 pages and cost around $450. it has some serious value to some people

it would be cool if there was a sub that would counteract these hindrances and therefore accelerate an individuals spiritual growth faster than most because the ego wouldn’t be slowing them down
