Yeah it’s going to suck because you’re confronted with the things that you’re avoiding about yourself
It gets worse for a bit before it eventually resolves itself
Try 15-30s for a week and increment by 30s each week
I’ve found the gradual approach lets you iron out things gradually
Also, I don’t know if many members do this. But try something like Claude for like brain dump of your personal thoughts and beliefs
But also include information of the titles and modules you are using
It can be surprisingly insightful to analyse your thoughts and see why they are being brought up
BUT also it can also make suggestions if you ask it in how to work through those issues
It’s been absolute amazing for me as it turns into a sort of personal coach
