I thought a custom order with less than 10 would not be accepted.? So what is the allowable and recommended?

You can just purchase the synergy module. You can use the single module with the Synergy module for a boosted effect. For example Glory Incarnate has Lifeblood Fable, Spotlight, and Gloryseeker. If you wanted that extra boost for a good reputation then you could add both Glory Incarnate and Lifeblood Fable.
