Update : I ran only one loop today and I feel a huge difference…not overwhelming…no tiredness etc…

Pacman I wanted to thank you for asking that question. I had that same question, now I am going to start Emperor Q in a few days once I get my new iPod.

I do have another question. Which is if I listen to Emperor Q one time during the day should I listen to the Emperor v4 masked version during the night?

I would say theres no need for that since Q is more potent and just needs 1or 2 loops to get the job done…
Test and experiment…
Try one loop for one day…see how you feel

I wouldn’t mix the two
Emperor Q is almost the same thing as V4 with a more poweful ‘build’/ ‘delivery method’
so it renders the first redundant

I tried mixing both because Emperor 4 felt better to me than Q initially and I was all over the place.

In the end Q is vastly superior if given enough time or right away for some
