Does the Q-Engineer work on after office hours and on weekends? If no, does that mean that our customs are not being processed during the weekends?

We stated before that it’s technically 3-5 business days, which are M-F. That being said, they’ve been incentivized to finish as many as possible, so they typically will work on weekends and during after hours.
