Q customs store login vs regular titles store login?

I’ve bought products from the regular store (e.g. standard Paragon sub). I have a login and password for that.

But trying to log in to buy a custom sub, and the login is not working (" ERROR : The username or password you entered is incorrect. ?").

Do I need to create a separate account for buying customs? A bit confused!

It’s basically a wishlist where anyone can propose certain subs, modules, features, website changes etc.
