Hi every one ,I know that things have been really busy there just now with the release of some zp titles ,just wondering if anyone can update me on an order I placed #2022758 it was to br made in one day ,but three day have gone by ,just concerned it may have been overlook as the company have been really busy,

Hello @Mojo. Just wondering. Did you build the custom or did you just purchase the Emperor Q Core in the Q Store?

You need purchase between 10 to 20 modules to build a custom and need to specifically build it.

If you have done all that, it is possible the order is late because of Thanksgiving and converting the main store titles into Zero Point tech.

Anyways, you said you would send a support ticket so that’s good.

Hey Raphael,
I’m just of the back of a four month run with emperor qv2.
But I wanted to try emperor name in bed just normal strength.
So my other titles in the buld are
Primal
Sex mastery
Leader of men
Libertine
Alpha of alphas
Lion
Charisma and flirting

I’m planning on running this and chosen together
Using the correct guidelines that have been provided
Just wondering would u think there are two many mains in there that Libertine all so gets converted

If you mean that you have the above modules + Emperor Core, you have a total of 8 modules.

You need a minimum of 10 modules to build (I would recommend Yggdrasil and Mosaic)

Yes you have 4 Cores (Emperor, Primal, Libertine and Sex Mastery) which is more than recommended. Recommended is 3 Cores maximum.

But maybe they will build it. Do wait for support to answer you.

Just checked it out – you weren’t overlooked, whenever an express order is missed, it converts to a regular order and it’ll be processed in the normal order. Your express charge will be refunded at the time of processing. I pinged Q-Engineer – I think they’re going to start working on it now.

EDIT: I went ahead and approved the express charge refund so that it’ll return to your account quicker. Q-Engineer is jumping on the order now.
