Pushing the reset button

Hey,

lately I’ve been in one of worse season of life, somehow functioning but addicted to (not extreme dosages, but still) stimulants (Adderall, various research chemicals). Life feels empty, no motivation to do much of anything.

I know that neural balance takes time to restore and it’s mainly my responsibility to tackle it, not delegate it to just one subliminal product.

But I’d like to ask which is a good sub (or two) to slowly starting getting it all together, namely

  • balancing dopamine and serotonin, which have been in overdrive
  • finding happiness in everyday life
  • gaining motivation and discipline (even when I really don’t want to)
  • start taking better care of myself
  • being able to productively work without mindlessly scrolling social media every 3 minutes
  • main issue would be the addiction I believe.

I’d prefer not advanced subs, as lately I somewhat “forgot” about subs, so did not listen at all to much of anything.

The idea is to pick one or two subs, which will help me to “start” together with sincere effort on my part with a long term goal to tackle these issues.

I don’t know, but if you haven’t tried it yet - being in nature without phones and stuff tends to be good for recalibrating.

I would take a look at Godlike Masculinity paired with Dragon Reborn Regeneration.

Havent personally done this combo but many in the forum has and its a very special synergie
