Pursuit of Greatness

after looping the sub through the night, I feel like something has released in my body and now I don’t feel any fatigue from listening to this many loops. Before, I could handle 3 at once, then 4th would get me fatigued but now I’m listening to my 10th loop while my energy levels stay high, without budging.

And along with that, I’m still experiencing a lot of internal shifts - like confidence in achieving my goals, etc. Now I just have to really achieve them lol, internal shifts are cool and dandy but I’d appreciate the external results a bit more lol

As great as my mindset could be, ultimately without great external achievements, it’s all talk. In my defence I can say that it’s only been a week of battering ram with Emperor

I’m making some small progress on my personal projects. I’ve also become more metodical which is great and would allow me to progress faster since I’ll be systematizing stuff today, rather than doing everything out of inspiration

Had my first regression to old patterns. Thankfully, I had enough self awareness to notice it and correct my behavior. Also it’s the end of the day already so I’ll just sleep it out lol. I’m going to loop Emperor overnight again

Did you see any significant difference in your results and the processing when running a couple of loops recently vs. lots of loops last night?

There’s a certain limit to how much input we can process and execute, I believe, where getting exposure beyond that isn’t beneficial.

Hard to say

I feel something is going on on a deeper level yet I can’t pinpoint exactly what changes

And the inner shifts that already happened are solidifying and becoming more and more pronounced. Like mindset gets more determined, resistance to taking actions lowers further and further, etc

Also I think that my subconscious clearly says “stop” when I get enough input. The proof being that I woke up to turn off subs, then woke up to turn them on after some time naturally lol.

And during waking time when I listen, I might get an intense desire to stop. After some time, I get the desire to listen again. I guess these mini rests are when the processing is happening

@Azriel hey, considering that you’ve been using Emperor for 3 years, what tips/advice/recommendations would you give me to get the most out of it?

I’m currently building a routine to follow, also setting up reminders everywhere for conscious guidance lol. Like, writing down my goal and putting it everywhere for me to notice.

I wonder if there are any apps where I could write down my goal and have it always be on the screen in semi-transparent state…

Written down the objectives for 1 year, 6 months, 1 month and daily routine

Decided to not make it too wide, included only the essential things. Ultra focused. Once I turn them into a full routine, I can add more (if I want/need to)

The internal shift I’ve experienced is that usually, whenever I wrote down objectives and routine before, I had subconscious doubts like “man, I’m sure I won’t stick to it” or “eh, it’s too bothersome, something’s wrong, I’m sure I’ll quit soon” or “it will require too much willpower”… But now I look at the routine I’ve written down and think to myself “How can I NOT follow this routine? It’s easy, extremely high ROI, moves directly to my goals, there’s no way I can NOT follow it”

So I will.

Also the feelings I have are tied with the Amor Fati shift that I wrote a few posts above. I see that I should accept and love everything that life has to offer. Good, bad, boring, exciting, dreadful, peaceful, doesn’t matter. This is the pleasure of life - in its fullness and variations of experiences.

Roughly 28 loops overnight. Will sleep some more in silence now

28 cycles? It’s so ineffective that you listen endlessly for what purpose?

Don’t do that, mate. Don’t you even think of doing that. It’s a highly experimental approach. Definitely, not for beginners. Please, take it as kindly advice, which it is. There’s no insult in that, I promise you.

@Sub.Zero 8-12 loops seems like the sweet spot for maximum results

I feel like today is a processing day for me, I have no desire to listen to the sub. I’ll keep it easy today

In my case it’s a feeling of getting “saturated” with the input. However, it dissolves pretty quickly as the NSE is processed incredibly fast, and the execution is really swift as it’s highly calibrated to your ZP, daily experiences and insights.

Well it’s the end of the day and I started craving a loop. Listening to it and feel in real time how I’m getting better and the necessary shfits are being reinforced.

I’ve got a big problem being VERY pessimistic but it’s been lessening ever since I started this approach. I think before I was considering bad situations 99% of time and 1% of time I thought of bright future lol

I assume it’s related to self esteem, sense of self, self belief

Also, I’m getting first physical shifting results. In a surprising way

So, first of all, the food started tasting ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I feel like my taste buds are going into overdrive each time I take a bite. Keeping the diet is effortless now because the food is satiating and tasty

Also, just out of nowhere, I decided to try seasonings. I always only used salt and pepper but yesterday I bought some cool herb combination for meat… and oh my god, I feel like I haven’t been eating before lol. The smell and the taste are otherworldly.

So, keeping a diet is the easiest thing now as I crave real food now and it tastes amazing and seasonings are a nice and healthy-ish way to improve the taste and smell further. I have no need to eat junk food now

I’m not going to listen to the sub overnight anymore, just going to do 8-12 loops daily.

Overnight seems more counterproductive

During the night your whole physical body is processing, healing and recovering an incredible amount of things so it’s better to give a proper time-off and not overloading it even more than necessary.

Please do not do this. I know you think you’re getting better results, but this is going to catch up with you. I’m going to have to ask you to refrain from posting experiences with this high amount of loops, as it would encourage others to do the same.

This was the issue we feared with making the titles 15 minutes. If this becomes a trend, we’ll have no choice but to return back to hour long loops, which means the titles would be effectively lowered in power.

That’s it I guess, the journal is closed now :frowning:

@SaintSovereign : Once again, I need to push back when you say things like that. You can’t penalize all of us just because one single dude is going wild with the loops. Most of us are doing good with the recommended amounts of loops and microloops.
Let the lone rebel face his own consequences. That has nothing to do with us! :man_facepalming:

Yeah and before starting, I did mention that it’s a highly experimental approach which I’m not recommending to anyone
