“Proxy” Results

With the release of Limitless: RAIKOV, I feel like this might be a good time to ask. Has anyone ever had the experience of processing a sub through observing the actions of others?

When I first start listening to a title, I’ve gotten into the habit of identifying a time in my life where I embodied that archetype, and in the next few days will often start expressing it without having taken direct action on it. The results aren’t as strong, but still noticeable. I think it’s interesting as it’s like I’m just observing and learning from a past version of myself.

I experimented a bit with this on Daredevil: True Social, by just reading a book with a character I thought embodied some of the traits of the sub as I listened to a loop. I didn’t really socialize with anyone for the 2-3 following days, and yet once I did go out again, I immediately felt like I embodied that character more and my thoughts and behaviors naturally mirrored theirs.

Finally, using Revelation of Dreams, I feel as though embodying a sub’s archetype while asleep and taking action in a dream also aids in my processing. Vivid dreams themselves are already often the result of processing, so also “taking action” while asleep feels as though it locks in the changes more. Though this isn’t taking action in the waking world, it definitely creates a noticeable difference in my experience.

Even just in general, I feel better changes when I have someone that embodies an archetype that I can look up to.

I feel this has to do with how NSE works, finding ways in our daily life in which the subliminal can express itself. We know that mirror neuron activation happens on some level all the time, even more so when we’re engrossed in what we’re observing. RAIKOV feels as though it can be an enhancer for anything by taking advantage of this process, and take it a step further through deep trance identification and everything else in the objectives.

This obviously isn’t a way to excuse not taking action, but just something I’ve been thinking about as a potential way to enhance results. Thoughts?

I haven’t done this with a person or archetype , but it makes sense. I mostly do this with new information. I have a lot of crappy past experiences that aren’t good to work from foundation wise so I find it’s really important to have the right stuff to pull from. I tend to work less with archetypes directly and more trying to figure out the underlying tools or processes they run off of that I can integrate.

I find that whatever media I’m consuming within certain time period of listening to the loop also has greater influence over how it processes. Maybe it could be me “latching” onto something that the script touches on, but I usually find that intentionally choosing what I’m doing when I listen helps a lot.

It’s definitely possible a deeper part of the subconscious wants to embody something but is like “how the hell do I do that?” So it calls on the conscious to give examples and then it has a template to execute. I do think what you’ve written here could be a really good way of resolving recon because sometimes recon really does seem more like “I don’t know how to do this based on past experiences” vs a deeper more complex issue.

I also think it may work to show how the specific New ____ Experiences work. When they’re added to a custom, I remember reading that they serve the purpose of being the “lens” that the script is executed through. It would definitely make sense that being provided examples of how the sub could be executed could finetune that lens and lead to less recon. You’re struggling to see a positive way to be social? Watch someone that embodies that way. You’re struggling with finding a healthy form of love or attachment? Read a good romance novel that shows you how. Then, it just becomes a matter of what results are bridged into your actual life, not just the ones you experienced secondhand. I’m still trying to learn how that distinction works.
