I tried renewing the password for the support site.
I haven’t received the email that allows me to do that. Not in Spam folder either.

Yes there is a problem logging into Support. Don’t try to change password. It’s a website issue

Looking into it. May be delayed due to imminent Limitless launch.

First, try now. Cloudflare kicked in the other day when we had high traffic. I just manually turned it off.

Maybe not necessary.
Over the last day or two I’ve been able to login first try usually, and when I couldn’t I just clicked the login button again until it work, not spamming it though, just waiting for the page to reload until the login request went through.
That’s the simple workaround that we customers can use, so you guys don’t have to turn off the website’s protections.
