Problem with account

Apologies for making a post about the topic,

But, i can login into my account and when im going to send a ticket it asks me to login again and once i do it , it says its wrong ?

So, yesterday i did an order , and instead of loging into my account it created a new one, and now i can open the account through the link in the first email of ‘‘welcoming’’ , but can’t normally login into that one.
Even if i login with the link, the order will appear as complete, but not on the downloads, how i can sort it ?
Since isn’t allowing me to send a ticket

Tried on laptop and mobile.
Both give the same error pw.

If i open the new account, with the link from the welcoming email , it’s alright, just doesn’t show the downloads available , but if i want to make it login as normal , it gives error.

Tried to make a ticket from the old (the normal) account, and when trying to login to make a ticket it gives the error again.

Are you using Apple or android? If it is Apple are you using the password manager?
