My results so far:
Mua Thai: 4 weeks in
I am more motivated to workout and started working out again: Sprinting, shadow kickboxing, stretching and bodyweight exercising. Also been to a kickbox trial. I am looking for a good place to train MMA, Mua Thai/kickboxing.
