Does primal heal fear and anxiety? Since using it i started to feel less anxious and more calm, something even regeneration didnt achieve.

It’s an alpha focused title so, naturally, it does make you more confident and calmer. It also roots out a lot of worries and doubts.

When i used other alpha titles such as ascension i was more anxious and stressed.
Also the same with emperor but i guess it was just recon.

Many people believe that Ascension is the most basic alpha title but it’s Primal who is the most essential alpha title as it covers our masculinity - that is self-mastery that begins with controlling, and, at the same time, cultivating our sexual energy. Ascension is more outwardly oriented, more towards achieving external goals and building a solid lifestyle. Primal contains a lot of internal “patching”, it fills in the gaps in our very core. That’s how I experience it, anyhow.

Thanks for the insight, im not running primal for a long time but i can definetly agree.
Primal gives me way more energy and drive (to get woman and also money) than ascension, and i did ascension for 3 cycles and ascended mogul for one.
Ascension did give me ambition but primal gives me more.

Primal give you “you” back and that’s the most precious thing.
To me, Primal is the way to sanity, that is, it brings us the right masculine mindset.
