I know anyone can do what they want with the subs, but I was curious about how I can run Emperor with the smoothest integration and least recon. Currently I’m finishing up my third cycle of ascension and have felt some improvements from it, and I know it’s script is inside emperors. Are there any other sub scripts inside emperor that I could integrate first before tackling the sub itself? Thanks.

You could go from Ascension to Ascended Mogul and then to Emperor…

What habits have you built while on Ascension?
That will determine your success with Emperor.
Anyone can press play on any ZP title. Very few can take action in alignment with the title.

This isn’t necessarily true anymore. That was more true with older build methods.

I’ve developed a simple exercise and healthy diet plan so far that I’ve been sticking to pretty well.

Have you established a productive social circle?
Have you cut out toxic influence ?

Three cycles of Ascension should do it. If you want to try Emperor now, go for it.
But @pacman has the right of it.
The ideal situation is to not only get a new car; but to also have a drivers license, some good roads to drive it on, and maybe even some possible destinations that you might like to visit. (metaphor. I’m saying that creating an appropriate context around the subliminal is possibly as important as the subliminal itself.)

I would encourage you to think about doing Ascension and/or healing programs for 3 more months, then re-evaluate.

I will speak from experience that this is amazing advice, while I havent ran healing title with the exception of LBFH, I ran Ascension and a Primal Ascension custom over the course of a few months. Decided to give Emperor a spin and this time I honestly felt like a god, although while testing it out I realized that I am still not ready to have it in my stack just yet, because I realized I need another type of foundation as well and currently have a stack to address that.
Now when I started my journey in February I played Emperor for a few cycles as my first sub and well I got my ass kicked but I got some results. A few months later tried it again, and well same thing, got my ass kicked but got more results. This process repeated one or two more times until I decided to focus on foundation. Thats what led to a few cycles with Ascension and then a few cycles with my Primal Ascension custom. Since the foundation cycles this was the first time Emperor gave me an inner confidence boost that no other sub has given me thus far.

How ready you are depends on how far you are from the goal Emperor his trying to achieve. I jumped on Emperor after running Ascended Mogul for 4 months. Big mistake. I was far from being ready. Reconciliation kicked my behind and it took me a very long tine to see tangible results. If I had to do it over again. I would run Ascended Mogul for a whole year before even touching Emperor. It is a massive sub! That was my situation though. Yours will be different. There is nothing wrong with running Ascension for six months or more before switching. If you want to add anything to it, add LBFH. As far as healing, self-love and fear removal, I haven’t seen anything yet that comes close. But do yourself a favor and run those subs for a few months before even trying Emperor.
