They state that the ultima should be kept for custom ultima only.
And should I include the Wanted too? Like will it not create confusion in my subconcious with the others?

Also… even though alcohol will help you emotionally relax at first, its actually very detrimental for a full on erection and for reaching orgasm. Making the problem worst.

Using the Ultima will give results faster than putting it in a custom (they are interchangeable with the new tech), so if you use the Ultima theres no need to include it in the custom.
You should include it only if you want to… my recomendation is based mainly in the fact that Wanted boost your confidence as a man, it helps your sexuality shine in all the right ways.
It will definitely improve your self image.
All titles Subclub builds are designed to work very well with eachother. Theres no confusion, it just gonna take a little longer to see full results the more cores you put in a custom, or the more titles you stack.
Its better to keep it simple with the essentials that are geared towards your goals.

I hope you know that the Q Store (q.subliminalclub.com) is for making customs by clubbing together modules while having your name embedded in it. And the Main Store (www.subliminalclub.com) is where you purchase pre-built titles.
Stacking means combining 2 to 3 subliminals at a time. These subliminals can be either customs or main store titles.
Just confirming whether you got this concept

Initially when creating customs, it was decided only to use Ultima Cores in Ultima customs. Now we can use Ultima Cores in Q Customs as well.
If this sounds confusing, stick to the Main Store titles and as @anon2351792 has recommended, do a stack like Regeneration + Diamond Ultima

I was about to comment exactly on that topic haha I meant ‘‘to add to the custom’’ instead of ‘‘to stack’’ but if you can add ultimas to the Q now that is perfect. So I can add the diamond ultima to the custom

You guys think by doing the custom proposed by @anon2351792 before I can stack it with regeneration (from main store) x2 day too?
Wont this make regeneration break my limiting beliefs/heal traumas and the custom stack simultaneously make me add new beliefs, resulting in confusion in my subconcious mind?
What I mean by this is the Custom Sub will give me plenty of energy and confidence while regeneration will try to make me experience my traumas and heal them? As those are two different kind of energy, wont this be confusing for my subconcious and make me sad/angry and tired?

Yes, definitely!
If you are worried about a posible subconcious confusion due to the different scopes of the subs you can use Regeneration for a month or two… focus on the healing only. Then change and begin to use your custom.

Yes. It has scripting for emotional and mental healing. It could take care of a lot of issues including the one you mentioned

You can also consider a big, total revamp program like Khan, if you also want to grow as a man in addition to bedroom skills.
With Khan, I always have iron-like morning and night boners and feel like a magician in bed. I have no time to question my snake, since I’m enjoying the woman too much.
When I run Diamond/Khan/Wanted my snake always looks like it’s ready to burst: veiny and hard as a dwarf blacksmith tool.

Start with a stack of Primal & Regeneration.
Use Diamond or Sex Mastery on the days you’re with someone.
Stick to this stack for a couple months.

I guess one would choose based on the other features that one also wants to apply/develop.
Sort of like how all programs have some level of Alpha programming, and we choose a specific program based on the overall set of focuses that it has.
