I’m going on 7 weeks zero PMO, I started with KB-1 by itself for a cycle and now I’m doing KB-1 and KB-2 for a cycle.
This is the longest I’ve ever lasted, and what’s funny is that it’s been effortless. I actually forget that I’ve even stopped it all together. I know 100% I’ll never go back, the addiction was brought to light and it’s like it disappeared.
A few members on here have mentioned the Shadow integration book “Existential Kink” and it’s definitely worth checking out! Just started reading it today….it’s mind blowing! Radical new approach of living life.

Yes. Khan Black ST1 helps with this. I started running this title only a week ago (2 loops so far) and I immediately lost any interest in watching or reading porn. No interest in masturbation either.
The funny part is that I didn’t have any intention to stop but it effortlessly stopped as if I was never into PMO in the first place.
Khan Black is so underrated! Or at least when you look at it at first.

Hones, for me it was the powerhouse that drew me to SC. But I didn’t dare touch it, since it is an advanced title. So I chose to run other titles for at least 4 months.
After some experience with different titles, I’ll run it beginning next cycle early next year.

KB is a commitment as are all 4 stagers and the effects are quite powerful, but the recon for me wasn’t worse than, say on NRICH or Genesis. Single most important point to keep in mind, is how you use the bursting energy.

Thanks for sharing, have you run through dragon reborn before? I like long term permanent transformation subs tho i did a mile with this one 5cycles per stage maybe i shouldnt have as dr4 was the one that really shifted the gears but not sure.
Since khan black1 is similar to dr in ways of clearing blockages do you think will do ok with only 1or 2 cycles im thinking of starting next year and doing 2 cycles per stage not sure if that is optimal but dont want to waste much time as i did with dr, want to get asap kb4 benefits without sacrificing the build up so 2per stage seems rational.

It’s about honoring and celebrating your shadow. The unconscious part of you that is “blocking” you from experiencing all the “good things” you so greatly desire. It’s truly a magical book. It’s greatly transformed my life these past few days when you really start implementing the meditation and accompanying exercises.
You’re unconscious doesn’t need to be “healed” it just wants to finally be heard and recognized since you’ve been ignoring it all your life.
It’s like being around someone 24/7 for years and years. Let’s say you’re the unconscious person and the conscious person is who you’re with 24/7. But they ignore you, no matter how many times you try and reach out. It’s like you don’t exist to them. Then one day, say after 30 years of being ignored, 30 years of you unconditionally being by their side, they stop what they’re doing and turn to look at you, they look deeply into your eyes and they smile at you. And then they put their hand on your shoulder and they finally say “Hey *your name”
That’s similar to the magic of when you start recognizing and honoring your own shadow.

After Two years of Emperor did you stop using it? and where there any thoughts and urges of wanting to go back to porn?
Did you finally get rid of porn with using these subs in the order you mentioned?
Did you get rid of porn with only using Khan Black ST1 running 2 loops?

To be honest with you I been away for a while like over a year and using porn only recently I started using subs again which I’m using total breakdown right now. At that time of that post I think I stopped using that stack but I don’t remember. For me personally I’ve had the most success at Nofap is when I’m using healthy outlets to deal with my reasons for Nofap

For me yes.
Although I have relapsed on later stages, running stage 1 of Khan Black always helps me stop porn and masturbation.
Recently I have stopped it by simply telling myself that I refuse to do those activities even if I have a thought to do so.
My advice is, run Khan Black ST1 and see how it feels. And always show yourself some grace if you relapse.
KB will make it easier for you. But we also have to take it easy on ourselves.

I still run Emperor from time to time. It 's a fantastic sub. On Emperor, your brain is so busy with multiple things related to the script and your mind is so consumed with executing the script that there is simply no time or energy left for porn. The thought doesn’t even cross my mind. There simply is no interest.

Did you use any other subs while using emperor for 2 years straight?
What was your listening schedule during the / years? 1-2 loops every other day?
Since I started running Emperor and SC subs. Over 4 years ago. I wasn’t an addict by any means though. Just that some times, it found its way to my attention, more often than I would have liked. Emperor quickly and mercilessly eradicated that!
Sometimes, I stacked Emperor with something, sometimes I didn’t.
Whatever was recommended at the time. I’m not one to venture too much outside of the recommended guidelines.
For me this sub made it a lot worse when i played.
Felt like the healing was very deeply unbalanced and forceful and that subclub can do so much better than this, so i will wait for update before playing it again. Drred healing of sexuality was by far better
