Please recommend a sub for a young man (under 20 years old ) with anger issues!

Depends on the nature of the issues. Therapy/counseling might be better

I was thinking which sub in addition to therapy? Maybe Sanguine…

It still depends on the nature of the anger. Root cause and all that.

No way to give a solid recommendation as any given sub could make it worse by addressing the wrong issue.

Good insight.

Maybe Love Bomb?

Sanguine. Perhaps some frustration going on, communication issue.

Perhaps use Sanguine to create calm and optimism, and then sit down and have a good chat and work it out.

Love Bomb and its forgiveness scripting may help.

Forgiveness could lead to the reason to be angry about becoming redundant. No more reason to be angry means no more being triggered by things that have to do with this reason.

Guy asked for a sub recommendation and instead got suggested therapy damn

Primal / Love Bomb / Sanguine sound like they’re all good options.

Love Bomb / Sanguine will probably be the best combo for this, doesn’t matter if you go to therapy or not, if you do, it’ll help the process, if you don’t, I’m sure it’ll still have positive affects.

Subs aren’t always the best tool.

Sounds like he could use therapy for one. Second anger is related to the liver so there is some liver injury to deal with as well.

When it comes to sub use, I’m going to recommend he consider Phoenix. Emotional control, reframing of past experiences…these features seem important in addressing his inability to sustain emotional control and could help him improve whatever perceptions he carries that keeps him unstable.

When I used Phoenix this year, the emotional transmutation was profound. It really gave me that ability to let go and realize I didn’t need to be so reactive. Which my past unresolved issues would cause…hyper emotional reactivity. People told me all the time in my younger years that I wore my emotions on my sleeve and that I was too emotionally invested in basic things. Phoenix really helped me in this regard.

Phoenix + therapy would be a kick ass combo.

Cool, he didn’t ask for life advice he asked for subliminals

A proper therapy session costs around 100 usd, it is a huge financial investment, 35-70 usd on subliminals is a different story.

Plus it may not be that deep, why not use the “just go to therapy” for every subliminal? dragon reborn? well just go to therapy! spartan / lots / emperor fitness? just get a gym subscription!

The guy asked for a good subliminal, nothing else.

Want to offer therapy? cool, atleast answer his actual question alongside it

Anger is connected with the liver meridian. Yin yoga and qi gong practice might help this individual with balancing that meridian and getting their chi moving in a healthier flow.

A therapist trained in hypnosis and NLP is also encouraged. Bonus if they understand energy.

Sub wise, I suggest love bomb.

@NatureDad - Saint and Fire have recommended therapy many times before usage of subliminals especially when the psychological history of the person isn’t known. It is important since if one’s mind isn’t stable, the reconciliation from the subliminal could push the user into taking drastic action not to mention other possible disadvantages we cannot forsee.

@Trader is a long time user of the subliminals here so do heed his advice. It isn’t wrong of him to advice therapy but since @ksub has clarified that therapy is also an option that has been looked into, we can go ahead and give our recommendations.

Personally as recommended before, a combo of Love Bomb and Sanguine is a good idea. Love Bomb to help with self-esteem and Sanguine to handle the anger and possible reconciliation.

I understand, I don’t have issue with therapy being recommended, I have issue when it was the only thing recommended when the guy didn’t ask for life advice, but for subliminals, had he mentioned a subliminal recommendation and then say that he thinks therapy will go a long way that would be far better.

Subliminals won’t solve anything without actual action, but that doesn’t mean that if someone has an issue and asks for a subliminal he should be offered action without even a subliminal recommendation that fits the theme.

“I want to be rich, what subliminal should I go for”

‘Oh, you should definitely open up a multimillionaire company if that’s what you want!’

Do you see my perspective?

Medical disclaimer and all;

Love bomb and Sanguine.

Microloops!

Again, Love bomb and Sanguine.

Microloops!

Another great options are:

Phoenix for emotional Regulation. Elixir, Godlike Masculinity, Spartan/ Emperor Fitness and if spiritual inclined, Alchemist.

Have your bro lift along with sports and, or, martial arts. Working out with anger, although unhealthy in the long run, is one powerful motivator.

Easy mode if you’d use a custom and include stillness and emotional supportive modules, especially Righteous Ire

Then simply ask what subliminals are recommended after therapy. You will get the answer that way.

I understand it can be irritating when someone doesn’t give the answer we are looking for and goes into another topic. I rememeber being irritated like that the first few times I used to ask questions too. After which I learnt that people will answer with what they know and we can’t change their replies simply because we don’t like them.

After that, it was a simple matter of ignoring posts that aren’t relevant and listening to those that are. While also remembering that sometimes the answers we need aren’t always what we like to hear. We can also get the answers we seek by asking further probing questions.

So next time this happens, I would advice to simply either ignore the post or ask for further clarification like “okay including therapy, what subliminals would you recommend?”. To which you are most likely to get an answer and also avoid arguments in the thread.

The alternative was cute relief like a kitten gif.
