It’s true.
Seductress Dark has been officially canceled. That being said… this is Subliminal Club. If we’re canceling something, there’s a reason, and that reason will always benefit the customer.
Truth is, we feel like we’ve neglected both Seductress and the customer base for products like this. And as a testament to how we listen to customer feedback, every time I consider an Artisan and / or SubClub Black title, I think back to what @bombayduck said: his concern that new products with the SubClub Black moniker would just become a “better” version of it’s cousin.
In this case, we decided that if we proceeded with Seductress Dark, we’d be doing just that. That just doesn’t sit right with us. Times are rough all around the world economically, and we know there’s a long line of people just waiting for Seductress Dark’s release so that they could not only purchase it, but create new customs and the such as well.
Yeah, couldn’t do it. We’re just too dedicated to our customers getting as much value as possible from what they spend with us. So, while Seductress Dark is canceled, we’re very happy to introduce Symmetry: Seductress – and everyone – we’ve NAILED it this time.
While it may seem like a simple name change, for us, we use the themes of the various product lines to give us even more insight to how we should take a product. The idea of the “Symmetry” line is that we’re referring to more than just outward beauty. There’s also an element of inner beauty, self-love and a total acceptance of self, allowing you to project who you truly are outwardly without inhibition. When we notice something considered “symmetrical,” it delights the eye with its visual appeal and serves as a quiet reminder of a universal order woven throughout existence. Symmetry enflames the inner life, as one finds peace and power both within and without.
After we finish this current “round” of FvS, we’re going to work on Symmetry: Seductress alongside finishing the new EoG. And rest assured, we’re giving this title the full Subliminal Club treatment, though we’re keeping the details close to the chest. Just know that we’ve been slowly working on this title for around two years now and we’re very dedicated to making sure that it performs well and meets the expectations of those who have been patiently waiting for an update.
I will give one hint for now: Seductress + EoG will synergize INCREDIBLY well.
