How do I close a ticket? I see that there is a “close this ticket” check box at the bottom of the ticket but when I check it, the ticket keeps appearing under “my ticket” tab. It does not appear to be actually closed.
All tickets you sent with that account are kept in it. If it is said "closed’ in red label it is closed.

So I can’t close the ticket myself? It has to be done by the customer support?
It will close overtime from being inactive
But it will still be in your ticket area, it will just say closed
pretty sure they do that so you can go through and read it again if needed

Click on the *Close this ticket" checkbox, type something like “thanks” or “closing this ticket” in the reply section below and “submit/send/reply”

Tickets will close after three days of no response. Auto cleanup system. Thanks!
