Just a quick note – our web hosting provider is currently going through an outage that’s affecting a ton of sites, not just ours. We have no idea what’s going on and when it’ll be restored. :frowning:

Will this lead to a delay in the creation of customs that are already in the queue?

Possibly. Q (the software) is hosted elsewhere, so it’s not affected. The issue is that we can’t access the sales backend of the Q site. If this continues more than a few hours, however, we may be able to pull the orders directly from the copy of the email receipt and build from there.

Seems like this is more a serious problem in general.

Is there any way we can help you here e.g by sending you the Mail?

We can’t get the email, that you’d send. Everything is down. I tried calling the web host and their customer support is completely down also.

Whenever you place an order, we have an email set up to get a copy of the order. If we have to, I can pull those emails and build the orders from that.

Sure, but we could sent it here over the forum, right?

I mean, every crisis needs to be used. Those who are here active on the forum and ordered a custom could sent you the email here per private message, and while your web host resolves the issues, you will have already finished half of the queue :smiley:
