Well if he did try to attempt a denial of service attack on the forum, its pretty pathetic effort. If he did he probably did what some 12 year old bored kids do. They download a free DOS program point it to a website and click on “attack”.
The site is protected by cloudflare which means its like whacking a concrete wall with a piece of wet spagetti thinking that eventually the wall will cave in 
.
