The cart function on the Q store is currently malfunctioning, meaning you cannot add any items to the cart if you’re attempting to so while logged out. Logging in seems to resolve the issue for now. Additionally, there’s been reports that the SubClub Elites automatic coupons aren’t working. Both issues are most likely linked.

Hello Saint, i shop from the q store and the usual “your order has been received” mails haven’t arrived. So maybe it’s related to this. I should assume orders still process fine right?
