PLEASE READ: Q Policies + Coming Updates / Major Name Embeds (Open Discussion)

@AnswerGroup I haven’t legally changed my name yet but I pretty much don’t use my old name for anything anymore. Can I use a different name on name embeds or get my account changed?

[moderator edit: this is a very relevant question. Please enter a support ticket, and please explain the context for this request. @Fractal_Explorer, please acknowledge with a post to me regarding this note.]

@RVconsultant Just put in the ticket, #24852

Btw I had put in a support ticket for a situation a bit different from you and I got the response that this rule will only be an issue for people that are suspended. An even if some issue is created for you( non-suspended individual), you can approach the support.

What made you change your name? :open_mouth:

Personal reasons. My journal is open if you’re curious, but I dont want to bring it up here in this thread.

Will catch up on this thread. And I respect and value the decisions of those that run such a great ship and…

My feedback personally is that I will be very sad to see major store tiltes -non-name embedded- go.

I find there is tremendous value in-store titles as they are, and I can distinctively tell the difference in a core with and without my name. I like to experience that without the full acclimation of using my name first, I feel it is its own training and growth curve.

Also, the name I use for my account is different than Customs.

Honestly, to anyone who pirates or uses, although probably not relevant to say on this forum (or I certainly hope not) as a way to exploit the work here and avoid paying -it really sucks you take away options from everyone else, and that lack of abundance is impacting you more than you think. Pay the value for what you choose to participate in

The English pronunciation of your name is not your name. If your name is Xetsa, (girl name from South Africa), the English pronunciation of that name is not even remotely close from what the name really sounds like. Imagine having a heavily mispronounced name embedded in a sub. It wouldn’t be different from using a sub that contains someone else’s name.

Or if you’re from France and your name is Ghislain. Knowing that there are two possible pronunciations in French and none of those sound like what the English pronunciation would be. How would you respond to someone calling by a name that is actually not yours? :joy:

Your conscious mind responds to it. Your name is actually embedded in your subconscious since you were a child. So it’s not how they call you, it’s how you call yourself. Subliminal messages don’t hit your conscious mind. That’s why you always get a different feeling when your name is pronounced correctly as opposed to the pronunciation you consciously settled for because you got tired of correcting people. If your name is Xetsa and they call you Shecha and you accept it, they might as well call you Beyonce. It is still a conscious decision to accept it or not. Accepting it because you have no other options and feeling good about it are two different things. Imagine having a name pronunciation in a sub that you don’t feel good about and that your subconscious is repeatedly blasted with a name you don’t even good about.
Anyway, I’m curious to see how Sub Club solves this.

anyway, i asked the questions above to get more information about how you guys here prefer to be called in subs, and how was your response to those if you have experimented with different names/pronunciations. I want to know more about your preferences and the results of your experiments to take into consideration when I’m choosing what name/pronunciation that i should use.

@SaintSovereign and @Fire could you check PM please?

Express service didn’t work again and my custom is late like last time.

same here for my name. My Persian friends pronounce my name in a way A, my Turk friends pronounce it in a way B, my south asian friends pronounce it in a way C, my Russian and European friends pronounce it in a way D. I myself pronounce it in the way A.

We are commencing development on this as early as next week.

While we know this change comes with fears and issues, we can assure you that we are keeping our customers’ best interests at heart, as always. That’s why @Fire posted it now, to see the concerns that everyone has and make sure we haven’t missed anything. And as usual, you all have delivered. Many of the things that were said were things that we hadn’t considered and now we’re compiling all of the suggestions and potential issues into a list to be addressed.

But understand, this is a very good thing for everyone. I’m going to share a few things to illustrate why. First, when we said we nerfed Khan Black, for example, I didn’t actually explain the level of “nerfing” that occurred. We have an unfortunate inside joke here how @Fire has never actually read the final version of Khan Black because he didn’t want to see how much I had to cut from one of his masterpieces.

Let me be clear. I cut around 75% of his script.

And one of the reasons this occurred is because of the intense religious persecution we’ve experienced in the past few years. This is a global company, with people from all religions and faiths from around the world, and a number of rather dogmatic individuals have taken it upon themselves to try and force their religious views upon us through threats of persecution in the court of public opinion.

We met with our new legal advisory group last night for the first time, who informed us of something we had never even realized. Based upon the information we showed them regarding this situation, they determined that these are clear cut cases of religiously motivated harassment, a hate crime in the United States and many other countries.

What this means is, once we have banned an individual, taken reasonable measures to stop them from purchasing our products, made it clear that we no longer want any contact with them, for them to continue the behavior constitutes a hate crime against a protected class.

In many / most jurisdictions in the United States, it works like this: unwanted contact is already considered harassment or stalking and would result in something like a no-contact order + a fine, or something like that. Once the court has determined that the harassment was the result of the potential offender’s religious views against someone they believe is not acting in line with their own religious beliefs, they will attach something called a “rider” to the charge, which escalates that harassment charge to hate crime, and the penalty for such rises from a no-contact order to a potential FELONY.

Washington State, for example, will add up to 5-10 years in prison for this, as well as a $10k+ fine against the offender. We were shown case law regarding a case where a person stole a pack of gum from a store simply because the store owner was openly Muslim, and the judge imposed prison time upon what would normally be a misdemeanor that would’ve resulted in a fine of less than $500 and / or basic community service.

Khan Black, for example, relies on the philosophies of subtle energy as presented by the philosophical doctrines of the far east. There – as those of you who come from those areas – the ideas of Chi / Ki / Prana are accepted principles amongst the population. There, these things aren’t seen as “occulted” knowledge at all, it is a simple way of life. Feng Shui, for example, the practice of rearranging a room to allow for the natural flow of energy throughout the home, is extremely common and isn’t seen as “deviant” or “occult” in any way, shape or form.

To continue to harass us and our customers, even after we have made it exceptionally clear that we want no contact with them, pushing their religious views with veiled threats that there will be “consequences” if we don’t conform to their viewpoint, by every legal definition, constitutes religious persecution and against a federally protected class (which also includes race, gender, age, etc.)

By embracing this idea, we will no longer have to cut massive parts of scripts and the such due to the outdated thoughts of a small contingent of individuals, who apparently believes that this is the still the age of the Inquisition, one of the most brutal times in world history in which massive amounts of innocent people were tortured and slaughtered to impose religious dominance upon people through fear.

Like most companies, we track the nationalities of our customers, and most of you don’t know this because we promote leaving those identifications off the forum, but would you be surprised that 35% of our customers reside in, or their heritage, stems from the East?

To deny them titles that fit with tenets and ideas that are accepted in their respective cultures because the exoteric Judeo-Christian philosophies of the West find them unacceptable is wrong and will not be tolerated at Subliminal Club any longer.

And the majority of those living in the West who are also patrons of Subliminal Club do not even have an issue – it is merely a very small contingent that is causing so much havoc. You may say, “why don’t you guys just ignore this,” but that is only because we have concealed (for legal reasons) the extent of this abuse. And to also illustrate – have any of you ever had a kidney stone?

I am a remarkably resilient person when it comes to pain, having been a prolific martial artist earlier and life, and that tiny ass stone that I couldn’t even catch when it came out (for those who haven’t had them, doctors will give you a little filter cup to pee through so they can analyze the composition of the stone and see what you’re consuming tthat causes them) left me on the floor crying like a baby.

It only takes one or two to ruin something outstanding because of their own misguided ideas.

We are now going to ensure that those of you who are open-minded and able to fit within a community of differing beliefs just fine can enjoy titles that allow you to philosophically explore your personal realities without fear of having to deal with harassment rooted in a difference in religious ideology.

As someone who is well-versed in the legal procedures and doctrines of the United States, I’m not sure why this didn’t dawn on me before, that we could sue for prosecution based upon this, but I have faith that everything happens for a reason, and that this information landed in our hands now.

We will be providing everyone with more information on this in a bit, to ensure that there is a balance between an individual’s right to free speech (which, technically is a guarantee that the United States government itself will not infringe, the rules for private companies are legally different), but I will simplify this now: Once we cut ties with you, make it clear that we do not want your patronage, continued contact, insults, threats, claims, etc. against us or any of our customers will be prosecuted.

I, personally, never wanted to go this route, because I naively thought that through objective discussion, we could all come to mutual understanding, but I was absolutely wrong. There are some individuals who will, at any cost, attempt to force their views upon you with subtle, implied or overt threats, and this has crippled our ability to serve the customers we actually want for some time.

@Sungaze , I understand your arguments, but I think you once got frustrated with me (or maybe it was someone else) because we had to ask you to stop posting your breathing energetic exercises, and I remember your response. It was something like: “REALLY? For breathing?”

What I couldn’t tell you at the time is how much I agreed with you, how ridiculous it is that we had to censor such things simply because every time someone did, certain individuals would flood our support staff with all kinds of inappropriate things because they philosophically disagreed with that.

I failed many of you in this aspect. As a growing humanitarian, I failed to recognize and distinguish between those who actually want to “become legendary” through their own efforts and expansion of consciousness, and those who simply want to impose rigidity of thought on those they see as heretics.

This will not occur any more.

I know @Fire pointed out the piracy issue, as is his right, but this is my major inspiration for embarking on this. We will no longer limit ourselves and our customers because of a small minority who want to promote ignorance.

We will make this clear one last time: This is a global company. Only half of our customers hail from the United States or any other western country, and a large majority of those who DO hail from the West don’t even hold these ignorant views.

The freedom and expansion of the many will not be held hostage by the few who lack the ability to realize that the world has changed, and you cannot physically or metaphorically burn someone at the stake because you are threatened by their worldview.

Please note that we are not referring to the inevitable questions that one may have about whether subliminal audio would infringe upon their faith, but in my opinion, which titles you should / could run and which ones you shouldn’t is obvious. You can’t find a single religion on this planet that doesn’t warn against the dangers in their doctrines of very promiscuous sexual activity, so it should be obvious that a title like “Primal Nights” would be off limits. Nonetheless, these types of individuals in question (and make no mistake, we are not referring to any single individual – this happens more than you think) will keep screaming “occult” and “cult” because they don’t even want us to offer the title to those who don’t even subscribe to these beliefs.

And what would really piss you off is when we reveal that while they are screaming “occult” and “cult,” they are secretly purchasing the titles and using them under fake aliases. Every merchant account these days uses advanced A.I. that links orders together even if you’re using a VPN or trying to purchase under an alias. And you would be absolutely shocked at how many times I’ve seen someone scream “cult” and then turn around and buy a product that very clearly contradicts what they said before.

Now, we will be able to block these individuals and have the evidence to haul before a judge. And make no mistake – we are not only prepared to do that, but we have discussed this with our advisors: we are prepared to allow a judge (in fact, we will sign off on this ourselves) to subpoena our service providers for their DIRECT records of the script (since we use third party services to help render our titles), so that the judge can read the entire script themselves and discover no evidence of foul play – no cult, or “occult” scripting.

Furthermore, once our new team provides us with the documents to post publicly regarding our dedication to religious and philosophical freedom, we are going to release them under a Creative Commons type license and will openly allow and encourage other subliminal producers, morphic field producers, hypnosis, etc. to adopt those same tenets for their own companies, as religious and philosophical freedom is an EXTREMELY important topic for me. They will be able to do so without any fear of this company, it’s officers, and yes – our customers – calling them “copycats” or whatever, as we freely offer this for those to adopt.

We are going to not only help you become legendary here, but help you become legendary even if you decide our products are not for you, and let the people who do not want to grow beyond their biases remain on the outside.

Ooooh wait… maybe we will experience KB at full power in the future?

On a serious note, thank you for the transparency and dedication to addressing customer concerns. Also, you promoting philosophical freedom is truly commendable.

Will we see a day when KB has at least 50% of its original scripting now that everything will be name embedded? :eyes:

I’m really grateful that you’re going in this direction.

I think I’m a bit of an outlier, but with over 35 years of spiritual development I’ve always found the spiritual titles, including Khan Black, to be somewhat underpowered for me personally, and felt more like a tune up than something that could help me genuinely grow much further. RoS/RoM/RoD in QTKS was by far the most potent spiritual title for me, and even that was an easy title to run.

I’m now genuinely excited and looking forward to future spiritual sub developments, including hopefully a much more potent RoS and KB.

Dude, @Fire finished “Khan Black 2” over a YEAR AGO. It’s just been in the vault, as we didn’t want the inevitable to occur.
