Pricing Updates:
Since the start of Subliminal Club, we have endeavored to maintain sustainable pricing allowing access to transformative tools to everyone at varying affordable price points and we still plan to do so. But, given the current state of inflation, to support our ability to expand, evolve and create new technologies and services, we have made the decision to increase prices.
Going forward, all single stage titles will be priced at $54.99. These new prices are effective starting today. Some of the rather old titles that haven’t been updated in quite some time (like Muay Thai Mastery X) will remain at $34.99 until they are upgraded. All four stage titles are now priced at $149.99. For the time being, two stagers will be priced at $69.99 – the same price as Genesis: Ascension. It is unlikely that we’ll see “three stagers” anytime soon, but if that format does spring up, we will update this thread.
There are no plans to increase prices for customs.
Engineering is currently working on the The New Build Experience (which is extremely mobile friendly and easier to use regardless of the device you’re using), moving QTKS out of “Early Access,” and the Discounted QTKS Rebuilds options. We will update this thread when we have determined a price.
Policy Updates:
In the last month, we have seen the rise of various racial slurs and religious discrimination. As such, Legal has enacted a new policy regarding these incidents, which you may read here: https://www.subliminalclub.com/account-closure-policy/
As the page states, this is non-negotiable.
In addition to the fact that we have always promoted religious and racial tolerance, we want to bring to everyone’s attention this: https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/senate-bill/3546
This is not a political statement, I am merely stating the facts and we are going to avoid all political debate. Republican Senator Lindsay Graham has introduced a bill (which is receiving bipartisan support) to sunset Section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934.
From Google:
Section 230 is a foundational 1996 federal law stating that online platforms are not legally responsible for third-party content. It provides two main protections: liability shield (protecting sites from being sued for what users post) and good-faith moderation (allowing platforms to remove objectionable material without facing legal repercussions)
I don’t think I need to explain why Legal is alarmed about this, as they suspect movement on this bill will progress after the mid-terms in November. This has been attempted before, but I do not find it a coincidence that this bill was introduced at the same time as a push for digital currencies and digital ID.
While we are only asking people to coexist with others of a differing worldview and of different races, if Section 230 is sunset, within the next few years, the Internet you use now will be a completely different place. I would tell you to contact your state leaders, but given the fact that this bill has become popular across party lines, I am not optimistic about the situation.
But I digress. As for us, we are taking a proactive approach to avoid future issues.
