The individual posting the “free download” links to a fake Subliminal Club piracy site in “honor of Meng” is the individual you knew as “Madara.” Normally, this would be the part where I spend all day gathering evidence to prove this, but looking at the deleted posts, I see the majority of you have already concluded that it’s him. Plus, it’s NFTW season and written into the energy of this season are two principles:

This absurd campaign of his is another attempt to strongarm us into refunding a ton of invalid refund requests under something like 24 different emails, which we denied. He then tried to weaponize a review platform and was removed from there.
Do not download those files. For whatever reason, he posted the raw .mp3s without the instruction manuals, indicating to me that those files have been tampered with in an attempt to harm people and hurt our good name.
SubliminalClub.com and q.subliminalclub.com are the ONLY legitimate places to purchase and download our titles. Any site offering alleged free downloads are fake and potentially dangerous. We will not accept ANY liability from any adverse effects you experience from using these “titles.”
Now, as for you, “Madara” – you’ve gone off the rails. While your fake refund requests were annoying, you hadn’t broken any laws. Now, you have broken international intellectual property rights law and you’ve now met the burden of proof in both our country and yours in regards to libel and slander laws.
In the United States, for us to request a subpoena for your information, we only have to prove that you consciously and deliberately lied to cause financial harm. Registering a domain with someone’s trademark (which, perhaps you should look at the ICANN regulations for domain registrars – in the event of trademark infringement, they will simply hand the domain to us) very much counts as this.

To prove prima facie defamation, a plaintiff must show four things: 1) a false statement purporting to be fact; 2) publication or communication of that statement to a third person; 3) fault amounting to at least negligence; and 4) damages, or some harm caused to the reputation of the person or entity who is the subject of the statement.
Now, our legal team is already on this and they specialize in international law. Registering the domain through a Japanese registrar will not help you. ICANN regulations – if a company, even based in Japan – sells domains to customers in the west, they agree to follow the laws of that country that governs these issues.
And obviously, we’ve created scripting for ourselves to assist us in situations like this. You’ve used our products. You know how well they work. The response you received from the customers here is what you’re going to get everywhere.
These are good people who pay for their products because they want the upgrades and they like the community that they too, have contributed to building. Look at the titles we’re releasing. Creation. Positivity. These are people who want to BUILD.
Many of you have asked what draws me to faith. I tell you – it was my experiences with you all. We have to keep a distance from everyone to avoid anyone claiming we’re a “cult” (can’t be a cult if there’s no doctrine or thought leaders, eh), but trust me – we read all your posts and enjoy them.
In my personal life, everyone, I can sometimes be cynical. I sometimes don’t believe in the inherent goodness of humanity. As a “sensitive soul,” I find myself regularly troubled by the darkness out there and how powerless I feel to enact larger change. But then, every now and again, I read something or see something here that reminds me that there is light in everyone and even if I can’t bring about change on a larger level, one of you will.
Many people here ask us if we’re going to take on the medical industry and this and that. And my response is always: no – our mission is smaller than that. We want to inspire one of YOU to do so. We are not the heroes. The people always are. I get more gratification from seeing @Plutus flying in first class than I ever would see my own pockets lined as I am a simple person who has simple tastes.
You don’t have the power to stop this movement.
You aren’t getting those refunds. You aren’t “destroying” us. And you can’t win this. We’ve already posted openly about Meng. Meng’s colleagues who actually spoke to him and know about his personal situation are waiting and willing to back us publicly.
You need to do some serious inner work and stop trying to project whatever rage and hate you’re carrying onto us. Because we haven’t done anything to you. Whatever “injustice” you’re experiencing, go take it out on them.
We are the ones building the titles to help you. You claim you’re a millionaire. Instead of pretending, go actually become one.
