What I meant specifically is the focus on “healing” the past rather than integrating it. A lot of healing titles can cause us to dwell on the past, looking for ways to somehow justify what happened and the such, rather than integrating into the current circumstances, then transcending it all. In other words “it is what it was, now never let it happen again.”
And that’s done – in my opinion – in not trying to convince or persuades others and yourself, but rather through embodiment of your current ideals. That’s where I am now. I’m not going to justify myself or my work, or my ideas and ideals anymore. I will embody them, put those things out to the world and those who can benefit will. Those who cannot, won’t. And that’s perfectly fine with me either way.
